Endocrine
-series of glands that produce and secrete hormones
*Addison and Cushing disease/disorder are each other’s opposites. Pareho silang problema sa Endocrine na kung saan ay pareho silang involved sa adrenal glands. Ang adrenal glands ay may responsibilidad sa paggawa ng cortisol at aldosterone. Ang cortisol at aldosterone most important hormones sa katawan. Kaya excesses or deficiencies of nito ay nagreresulta sa problem sa katawan o clinical problems such as Addison and Cushing.
Addison's disease
-low levels of cortisol and aldosterone
-caused by an autoimmune disease that damages the adrenal gland
