Kourtney stepped into the room along with a couple of unknown officers behind her. She looked around the room to see her dad, sitting in an orange jumpsuit with handcuff behind him. There was 5-10 officers surrounding him, as if he was some type of beast ready to pounce. Kourtney continued to look around the room and saw her aunts and uncles, Lisaville's sisters and brother.

Kourtney was more shocked to see them than seeing her dad in handcuffs, she hasn't seen them since she was a baby and she didn't think it would be a setting like a court room to see them for the first time after all these years.  Kourtney, along with a lawyer that one of her aunts hired, took a seat at one of the two tables in front of the judge. The rest of the people sitting in a separated area behind them.

And so the court began. The judge seemed middle aged, her hair being light brown, but extremely thin. her hair was in a low bun. her nails her a plum shade of purple, and her voice was very straightforward. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about. It was clear that she's been doing this for years.  The lawyer next to Kourtney looked rather young, around her late twenties or early thirties. She had blonde hair, about shoulder length. She was wearing a suit and black flats. She was around 5'6 in height too.

The judge told Charleston's lawyer to explain his side of the story. His lawyer began to go on about how Lisaville would bring random men into the house for money. Kourtney was enraged upon hearing this, she knew none of it was true and her mom would never do something like that. As low life of a person Kourtney's dad is, she had higher expectations than that.

But Kourtney said nothing, she continued to listen to this foolish mans lies about her sweet mother. His lawyer then began to continue to talk about how Lisaville would start random arguments with him because she was an addict. He went on about how Charleston would try his best to tame her so she wouldn't hurt the children and how he worried for his own wife and her safety as well. His lawyer also claimed that Lisaville would do self harm and would physically attack Charleston, giving him no choice but to defend himself. Causing her death.

Kourtney was in shock of what she just heard. She wondered how they would back up their claims. She also began to worry if the judge would believe them. Once they finished explaining their side of the story, the judge began to ask our lawyer to explain our side. "Ms. Evans, if you will." Kourtney began to watch the lawyer stand up to explain Kourtney and her families side of the story.
