"Come on y/n!!" My mom called out for me.

I sighed, I was so done with her nagging. I just hid my face in my knees. Why must I even do this audition?! She knows I'm not good with being infront of a camera, let alone ACTING infront of one.

"Y/n! Just come on! You just stay home and stay on your damn phone the whole day!Your so lazy! Back in my days we don't even have technology!..." she continued on and on.

"Its because my phone is my ONLY happy place where people actually understand my problems unlike somebody who just brings it up and judge them." I said as I rolled my eyes.

My mom scoffed, "Excuse me? Are you talking back to me? Enough with that attitude young lady! I'm trying to help you right here, you know what? Just go, and you better get that part that you're auditioning for." My mom sneered.

I quietly nodded as I quickly got my bag and rushed out the door not wanting to deal with her anymore.

I looked at the place on my phone as I walked down the pavement, 'it's not that far...' I thought to myself, luckily I passed by the area a few times so I knew where I was headed.

"Uh, excuse me miss?" I heard someone called out as he jogged towards me, "Do you know where this place is? I'm going for an audition and I got lost..."

I nodded, "Yeah... I'm heading there for an audition too... I can show you the place." I replied with a nod.

I was still in my own thoughts, when the guy began to start a conversation with me.

"So, what's your name?" He asked.

"Y/n l/n." I replied.

"Ah what a nice name!" The guy said with a warm smile, "I'm Tanjiro Kamado, it's a pleasure to meet you!" Tanjiro introduced himself.

"I see, the pleasure is all mine, I guess." I replied with a forced smile. The truth is, I'm really no good at talking with people. I wanted to get out of this conversation as fast as I could but I didn't want to be rude.

I fidgeted with my phone as we continued to walk in awkward silence, 'Gosh this is so awkward...' I thought to myself.

"So... what part are you auditioning for? You must be good at acting since you're auditioning." Tanjiro asked looking at me.

I avoided his gaze, "Uhm... I'm auditioning for the demon slayer movie, I just want to get into the cast." I replied with a chuckle.

He nodded, "I see, it seems like you're not much of a talker actually. Not trying to be rude but I think you should try to be more extroverted if you want to become an actor." Tanjiro advised.

"I have social anxiety, I'm just doing this because my mom wants me too." I explained sighing.

His mouth made and 'O' shape.

"Well don't worry, I'm sure you'll do amazing! If we get chosen, I promise you it's going to be so fun!" He said with a bright smile.

I relaxed a bit at his words, I took a glance at him and smiled, "Thank you... for the reassurance..." I thanked him. I looked back infront and stopped infront of a huge building.

"We're here..." I said gawking at the huge building.

"Come on, I'm excited!" Tanjiro said cheerfully as he pulled me along into the building.

When we walked in, I saw people sitting on the ground, talking and memorising their lines, some head into the studio because they were being called to try out.
