i, sicaria m. edwards, as a resident of manhattan, new york, and a citizen of the magical and muggle united states of america, do declare this to be my final will and testament, and hereby revoke any previous assertions prior to this made either by me or by others on my behalf.

declarations:

i. i hereby declare that i am of legal age to make this will, and that i am of sound mind and body. this document expresses my wishes without any influence or duress by anyone i have bequeathed items to.

ii. i hereby declare that i am unmarried and have no children nor siblings.

iii. i am not acquainted with my next of kin, and therefore have chosen to divest my assets outside of my family.

article one: executor

i. i hereby appoint albus p.w.b. dumbledore to be the executor of my will. in the event that dumbledore is declines or is otherwise unable to serve as executor of my will, then i appoint tom m. riddle as the successive executor. if neither are able, or decline, then i appoint to seraphina q. picquery as successive executor.

ii. i do not wish to have a funeral, and any funds required for the cremation of my body are in a separate account that my executor will gain access to upon my immediate death. any outstanding debts in my name are to also be paid from this account. i request that my wand be burned along with my body.

article two: disposition of property

i. all estates owned at my time of death that are not left as a specific bequest, henceforth known as my residuary estate, are to be liquidated, or in the case of stock assets, resold, converted to USD, and donated in full to the salvation army of greater new york.

ii. i leave my european properties, including 1 sicherheit wald, gossenberg, austria; strada mihai eminescu 2, bucurești 020081, romania; and via caravaggio, 13, 92016 seccagrande, province of agrigento, italy; to tom m. riddle.

iii. i leave any books on healing, medicine, and dark magic to adonis rosier. i also leave to him all of my potionmaking equipment and materials.

iv. i leave the rest of my personal library to naoki h. matsumoto, to be given to him upon his acceptance to ilvermorny school of witchcraft and wizardry, or his 11th birthday; whichever arrives first.

v. i leave all other possessions in my 18 w 23rd st, new york, usa 10010 residence, as well as any possessions in other properties, to tom m. riddle with expressed request that he divest them in my honor to thomas nott, adrien lestrange, abraxas malfoy, and adonis rosier in a way that he believes i would see as equitable.

vi. i leave 1000 galleons to naoki h. matsumoto, with the instruction that it be gifted to him in 50 galleon increments each year until his 17th birthday, at which time he will receive the remainder of the sum. this money is to be taken from the account entitled 'edwards, s. #18495'.

vii. i leave 350 galleons, to be converted to USD, to natasha richardson, to be delivered in an unmarked envelope to her place of residence. i request that there be no interaction between richardson and the chosen executor of my will.

viii. i leave the remainder of the money in account entitled 'edwards, s. #18495' to tom m. riddle, thomas nott, adrien lestrange, abraxas malfoy, and adonis rosier to be divided equally. any other money in unknown and/or lapsed accounts are to be treated the same way.

ix. i leave any outstanding files or documents pertaining to the magical congress of the united states, the ministry of magic, gellert grindelwald, or any past work i had previously done to albus p.w.b. dumbledore and seraphina picquery, to be divided equally.
