Chapter 9

Azyl's POV

D"Pont d'léna," sagot ko sakanya na bahagya pa akong napa ngisi at tumingin sa tower.

Nilingon ko sya at naka pako rin ang kanyang paningin sa tower ilang segundo pa nag flash back na naman yung mga memorya na ayaw kong kalimutan pero ayaw na ayaw ko nang balikan.

—Flashback—

I looked at her mesmerized angelic face and smiled.

What have you done to me woman? You're the only one who made me feel this way, you're the only one who made my messed up life peaceful, you're the only one who made me stop doing all of the shitty stuff that I can't seem to stop, you're the only one who made my dead heart beat faster than a running horse and you're the only who made me feel the fear of losing someone.

I walked towards her and hugged her. I can feel that she was surprised by what I did.

"Darling?" She asked.

"Can you promise me something?" I asked.

"Of course, anything for you"

I smiled and kissed her head.

"Promise me that I'll never lose you?" mahinang sabi ko.

She lifted her head and I looked down at her. She looked at me in my eyes and smiled.

"I promise."

"A-Azyl?"

I snapped back to reality when I heard Zia. I blinked three times before I realized that I was hugging her.

I immediately pulled away and looked away while putting my hand on my closed mouth.

I looked at her again she looked confused.

"I'm s-sorry, I didn't mean to" I apologized and she just smiled at me.

"Yieeeee, nagkaka gusto kana sa 'kin noh?!"

"What?!" Hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko.

What's with this person??? Tsk! Hindi man lang makakausap ng seryoso!

"Hinug moko eh! Nagpapa fall kaba ha Captain Angry Bird??" mapang asar na sabi nya pero tinignan kolang sya nang masama tsaka nag buntong hininga at nag iwas ng tingin.

Ano kayang meron sa babaeng 'to at ganto. Tss weird ass.

"Uy look oh someone's selling ice cream!"

I looked back at her with a questioning reaction. "Who would eat ice cream at this time? It's freaking cold."

"Ako. Bakit? May tamang oras ba sa pagkain na ice cream? May nakasulat ba sa ten commandment na 'Bawal kumain ng ice cream pag gabi.'

Sabi nya habang nag prepretend pang nag susulat.

"Dali naaaaaa!!!"

Nagulat ako ng kinuha nya yung kamay ko at hinila ako papunta sa nag bebenta ng ice cream. I looked down at our hands intertwined with each other but all I can see is her hands again, so I pulled my hand from her and slid it inside my pocket.

Tumingin sya sa akin na parang nahihiya sa pag hawak nya ng kamay ko. Siguro di nya namalayan.

Yumuko sya halatang naka frown na naman sya.

Hayyssttt... Azyl it's your job to make her feel happy tonight. Pag papa alala ko sa sarili ko kaya bumuntong hininga ako at inilabas ko yung left hand ko at inabot sakanya.

She lifted her head and looked at me then to my hand and smiled she took it and intertwined it with hers and started walking again.

Napa ngisi nalang ako ng kaunti dahil sa trip ng babaeng ito.

"What can I get for the good looking couple ah?" tanong ng tindero na may accent pa.

Natawa naman si Zia.

"Oh no we're not together," respond ko sa tindero ng ice cream.

"But why are you both holding each others hands? Denying the pretty lady ey, tsk.. tsk.. tskk.. Madam mozelle I think you should find someone who is worthy of your beauty.."

What the? What the fuck?! Pinag sasabi nito?? So pag nag holding hands mag jowa na agad? Bobo lang.

Tinignan ko si Zia and she looked back at me smiling creepily parang may balak na naman to.

I got surprised when she clung to my arm and layed her head on it!!!!

My eyes widen in shock and gave her the "what the fuck are you doing" look.

"Yes, I really think so mister ice cream man. But I wouldn't want to replace this womam. She might be cold hearted but I know that deep inside she's a softy."

That's what my ex said to me before. How? Hayyssttt provably just a coincidence that she said the same statement.

I looked at the ice cream man with no reaction.

"elle n'est pas ma petite amie et je pense que je n'ai plus de place pour l'amour"

He shook his head and smiled at Zia.

"Désolée"
