Tina sat at her desk in the studio, carefully pairing the photos of her and Bette pregnant. They may be been taken two years apart but Tina wanted to make this gift for her wife. she slowly put the final photo in which was Bette holding Angie against her chest and there was one of Tina holding a tiny Xavier.

The black and white photos looked stunning and showed the story of both their pregnancies. Even though they had both ended differently. Tina opened the first page which was black and picked up an expensive pen that she had bought recently. She thought for a moment before she wrote the message.

"To my wife, my lover, my best friend and the one person in this world that understands me. You've been through so much with me since we first meet and I'm grateful that every day I get to wake up beside you, hold you, kiss you and be with you. you're my world and I know I've been selfish and sometimes a terrible wife but you're the person I want to be with for the rest of my life. Thank you for the support, for giving me the family I've always craved, for giving me love I require to function and for being my everything. You've changed my life for the better. I feel like I've taken you away from so much, with us living outside in the middle of nowhere but I hope and pray you're happy here. I love you, each day that love gets stronger. Thank you Bette. for being that woman I needed. Please enjoy this treasure. Love Tina x."

Tina let the ink dry before slowly closing the album and placing it into a box she had painted a week ago. It was a copy of a piece of art she had done for her first show. The colours bright. She picked up the box after slipping the lid on and closed the studio down for the day. She walked into the house and smiled as Bette stood in the middle of the kitchen, wearing baggy yoga pants and tank top. Her hair up out of her face making her look younger than her years.

"You okay babe?" Bette asked as she drank her water.

"I'm fine, the kids okay?"

"Yeah both sleeping,"

"Good, erm. I've made you something,"

Bette looked at her wife, raising her eye brow.

"Its not my birthday and I would have remembered our anniversary."

Tina smiled. Shaking her head.

"Honey I've made you something because I can,"

Bette nodded, unsure, as Tina put the box onto the counter. Bette looked at it for a moment. She slowly lifted the lid and then took out the book.

Tears streamed down her face as she read the message. Gently she started turning the pages, looking at the images, smiling. Loving them.

"This is stunning," Bette whispered softly.

"I'm glad you like it."

"Like it, honey I love it."

Bette put the book down and walked around the island and took Tina into her arms and kissed her. Tina grinned. As she rested her forehead against her wife's.

"You've captured my heart Tina Kennard,"

"I will keep that safe for her. I know I've caused you pain, I know I've hurt you. but you're my world. Bette. you're my everything. I've never ever thought you'd be with someone like me. But here we are."

"I love you so fucking much."

"I love you too, endlessly." Tina grinned.

Bette knew there was more to it than that.

"What's going threw your mind Kennard?" Bette asked, her hands rubbing her wife's hip.
