girls day pt.3

*Cate's POV*

We are about 5 minutes away from the pond when Edith trips over a tree root and scrapes her knees. Sarah helps her get up. "Do you think you'll be able to get to the pond?" I ask her. "Well, I'd rather go back to the car" she says almost crying.

I try not to show my disappointment. I really wanted to show y/n the pond: it's a really magical place to me.

"I'm actually kinda tired so if you two want to finish the walk I can take Edith to the car," Sarah says.

When I hear Sarah say that I feel relieved. "Well, what do you think y/n?" I ask her hoping that she says yes. "I mean if Edith is alright with it I would definitely love to finish our walk" she says.

Joy my body because I'm almost sure that Edith will agree.

"Okay, but just if we can eat out today"
"ok honey we will" I answer

Now she's smiling and looks at Sarah as if they were sidekicks. They leave and y/n and I are left alone. When they're far enough I pull her close to me by her waist. Our faces are inches away before I kiss her we both smile "You don't know how much I've been wanting to do this" and right after I crash my lips into hers. We pull away and we couldn't be giddier.

"So... lesbian princesses right?" she laughs. "Well she has to get used to it, doesn't she?" we both laugh and we finally get to the pond.

"Cate this is beautiful"
"That's why I wanted you to see it. It brings me a lot of peace and so I wanted to share this small part of my life with you"

Now she's the one starting the kiss. She runs her fingers through my hair and slips her tongue into my mouth. I fight for dominance but I end up giving in. The kisses get needier, she lightly bites my lower lip. We pull away because god knows how this would end if we didn't.

"I think I like this new dominant y/n" I smirk " Oh, then you'll love it when we get some time alone"

*They sit by the pond for a few minutes making jokes, laughing and even some kisses get stolen. After a while, they decide to walk back to the car because they don't want to make Sarah and Edith wait for too long*

As we're walking back from the pond y/n decides to tell me about what had happened with her parents. "We were having dinner and they started to make jokes about me being a disaster and never doing anything for them and also they were making fun of the things I like. Their words were starting to hurt. And well Uhm..." she sighs " I tried to tell them in a nice way that they were hurting my feelings and to sum it up let's say it didn't go well. Without wanting I screamed at them, they screamed back at me and my mom decided to kick me out for the night" she was looking down at the floor but now she looks up at me "And right after that is when you found me. And that's probably the best thing that has ever happened"

She smiles at me and I kiss her while embracing her.  I'm sickened by her parent's actions. I'll never understand how can they be so mean to her, she's probably the nicest person I've ever met. "God y/n, you don't know how sorry I am you have to deal with them. You don't deserve to be treated like that." "Thank you  a lot Cate, really,  you don't know how much your words mean to me"

When we get to the car Sarah and Edith are singing ( more likely screaming the song lyrics). I knock on the window and they both do a little jump. Y/n laughs and Sarah unlocks the car doors. "God, Cate you almost gave me a heart attack" Sarah laughs with a hand on her chest. "Oh Sarah don't be so dramatic" I laugh it off.

We sit in the same positions that we came in. We put on our seatbelts and Sarah starts the car. "Momma, can you sit here in the back with me?" Edith says when we're about to take off. "Yes, of course. Y/n do you mind sitting in the front with Sarah?" I say unbuckling my seat belt and looking at y/n. "No, but I want y/n to stay here too" Edith pouts "Uhm well that might be a little bit uncomfortable but alright"

"Well that's actually really convenient because we're picking up Holland now so she'll just sit in the front with me" Sarah says.

I go to the backseats and we decide that I'll seat in the middle one. We all buckle our seatbelts and we're ready to go. I rest my hand on top of y/n's thigh. At first, I put it in her upper thigh and I slowly shift it to her inner thigh. She lets out an almost inaudible gasp and smirks at me. Sarah sees it through the rearview mirror and shakes her head no and giggles. Y/n and I smile at Sarah's reaction and she then rests her hand on top of mine and caresses it.

We're about 15 minutes into the drive and we're having a really good time. We finally pick up Holland and suddenly y/n's phone starts ringing like crazy. She looks at her phone screen and looks up at me with a worried look: it's her mom.

Hi everyone! I'm really really sorry I haven't been really active lately. I've had a lot of important exams and I had no time to write anything. I hope that this Christmas I have the time and the inspiration to write something.
