Eleanora was resting in her room when suddenly the door was pushed open. She tiredly opened her eyes to look who was standing at the entrance of her room and much to her surprise, it was Damon.

He was staring at her, emotionlessly. It made her uneasy a little but she kept quiet and silently watched him as he took a confident step forward.

Her breathing fastened a little.

"How are you feeling?" It took him less than half of a second to change his emotions.

The several emotions flickering in his eyes surprised her completely. For the first time, it looked like she could look at his soul. She knew that he was allowing her this time.

He looked angry, sad, concerned and for some reason guilty and proud at the same time.

"I am ok." She whispered back a reply.

"With these three words, you can't shut down everyone. You and I both know it is a lie. I am trying Nora! I am seriously trying to be your brother. But our relationship could never grow if we keep lying to each other and shut each other out of our life." His speech made her feel guilty. Tears brimmed in her eyes.

"I am s-sorry." She whispered.

"There's no reason to cry. There's no reason to apologize! Just promise me that you will never tell me lie or keep secrets that can endanger you."

"I promise."

Eleanora felt warmth and happiness flooding in her veins when after Damon, Vincent and William came to see her. Even only William asked if she was feeling alright and Vincent asked if she needs anything.

Today at some point Eleanora felt like she was also a part of the O'Crimson family. Her four brothers were finally starting to really accept her.

That was joyful.

Three days later, doctors approved that her condition was improving for good. That night, Hunter had especially called the team of Special Doctors of heart disease and had them flown over from Switzerland after signing a non disclosure legal documents that they will work only for the O'Crimson family. In the absence of William, he had done every duty and took upon every responsibility a big brother will have on his shoulders for the safety of his younger siblings.

Her medications will continue for a while until everything will be settled in. She was told more like requested by the special team of doctors to not to stress about anything.

A week or something later, she was ready to start her school back again.

It worried her that she will have to see that same group again but hopefully now they won't bother her as it had been a little while since she last attended school. She promised to herself if they continued to bully her like this, she will tell her brothers everything.

She quickly put on her uniform and made her way downstairs for breakfast. Surprisingly her seven brothers and even Alexander was present there.

She whispered a quiet good morning to them and took a vacant seat between Damon and Vincent.

"Don't forget your medicines here." Damon told her.

Nora nodded her head and mumbled a small 'yes'.

"Don't forget to take them in lunch time or if you feel pain or discomfort again." He told her.

"Ok." She replied in a sweet tone as he filled a glass of orange juice for her to drink.

"If anything bothers you there or something happens make sure to inform Angel and Hades first." William spoke up while eying Hades and Angel.

Hades rolled his eyes whereas Angel just kept staring at his phone screen looking distressed.

"I have something to give you." Vincent announced.

Nora looked at him in confusion as he handed her a box that was perfectly wrapped up like a gift.

She carefully took it from his hands and looked at the box in confusion and with some hidden excitement before slowly opening the ribbon. She opened the box and her eyes widened in disbelief.

"Oh my gosh! I can't take this. This is too much." She shook her head and immediately tried to hand it back to him. Keyword 'tried'.

Vincent just raised his brow.

"I don't care! I just wanted to give you this and if you don't want it, so you can throw it or anything you want." He said bluntly and ended the whole discussion.

Nora frowned.

"It's just a phone. You are reacting like it is something more luxurious and precious that is Vincent giving to you." Lucifer rolled his eyes.

Nora ignored him and turned her head to look back at Vincent who was now quietly sipping his coffee.

"Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in our hearts." She whispered lowly under her breath.

But Vincent and Damon as they were sitting closest to her, heard her perfectly. A smile made it's way on Damon's lips but Vincent tried to ignore her.

Then the younger siblings were on their way back to school. There was too much school work to cover upon and Nora was worried. But her teachers assured her that everything had been already done and handed her a pendrive. She will only just need to go over the syllabus once to learn everything.

It was obviously her brothers' doing.

The same group of those guys were back to glaring at her and it was making her uncomfortable. A knot tightened in her stomach and she felt that same feeling like something bad was going to happen.

Something that she was absolutely not prepared for.
