William finally allowed her back to school. Next few days went by as usual. Home to her school and then her school to back home. She would spend the weekends at home mostly in library and catching up on her study syllabus most of the time. As her exams were coming near.

She and Damon would talk for hours just about her studies and his work. Vincent would also care to join them sometimes.

William was mostly in his office. Hunter was busy in some work that William had assigned to him. It was related to some shipments that had been delayed as they were held back by something. It was surprisingly Hunter who told her this when she saw him the last time. She came back from the another tiring day at her school and was sliding out of the car when her eyes fell on him. He was getting into his car in urgency.

When he saw her, he nodded at her but Nora found a sudden newfound courage in her and asked him if something was wrong. He told her the reason and assured her that it was nothing really to worry about when he looked at the worried look plastered on her face.

Lucifer would go to his club before the sunrise and would come back after sunset, late in midnight. She never got the chance to actually meet him.

Hades was and will always be the rudest person. He would comment at anything she do. He just so loved to push her buttons. But Nora was never angry at him. Yes, she would be annoyed as hell. She was at least happy thinking that he gave her a little attention unlike Angel who ignore her like some plague.

Eleanora was worried like no end. Her exams were coming near. She had revised each subject syllabus for at least 3 times but it felt like her mind was just blank with no knowledge of her books stored inside.

She silently stuffed her mouth with a big bite of her burger as she sat in the corner table of library and engrossed in the book that she had taken from mansion's library. That well written storyline kept her up most of the night and she was cranky like some kid and tired at this time. But she wasn't yet ready to stop reading and was determined to finish it.

The library was mostly empty with only three other students. It was a unique comfortable silence in the whole library.

She wasn't friendless or something here. She had friends but only class friends. She was pretty much introvert and liked to be alone by herself.

She wasn't looking for other teenage drama like in typical highschools. There was already series of dramas going in her life from since she moved in the O'Crimson mansion, her home.

She was enjoying the silence of her surroundings but it was soon cut off when the doors were slammed open.

She looked up confused and startled when two girls came running in. Sweating and panting.

"Eleanora!" They screamed her name together.

"A-angel is fighting and Hades is not here to stop him. H-he will kill my brother. Please..." One of the girl cried.

Worry struck in Nora's heart as she stared back in the girl's teary eyes. She was a young looking girl probably in her eighth grade or something. The girl beside her was a senior.

Nora quickly fished her phone out of her bag and stood up.

"Where?" She asked in a hurried tone.

"Near the cafeteria." The second girl answered.

Nora rushed past them while clicking on Damon's number.

Her heart thumped wildly against her chest. A small familiar ache was starting to grow in her heart as she ran towards the cafeteria.

She clearly did remembered how Angel's angry face looked like. That day she had seen it all. That young girl also looked sure that he was going to kill her brother and somewhere inside Nora's heart said that there was no doubt.

Damon finally picked on the fifth ring but before he could speak, Nora blurted out.

"Angel is fighting! Hades is not here." There was a moment of silence on the other line and Nora faintly heard some secretive movements in background.

"Lucifer is near by. He will be there in few minutes. No matter what happens, don't.stop.him or go in middle." The hidden concern in Damon's voice pointed at something.

Nora was no longer listening to his words because her eyes were fixated on Angel who was dragging a metal bat on the white tiled floor behind him.

His predatory dangerous eyes fixated on his prey. A guy Nora recognized as a senior. He was beaten mercilessly and was holding his stomach. Tears were rolling down his cheeks and blood was rolling down from his lips to down his chin. His eyes were swelling badly.

Horror filled in her eyes as he held the bat up in air. A crazy look covered his eyes that shook Nora to the core. She was terrified at the moment.

Without thinking, she screamed his name at the same time he hit that guy with his bat, aiming his paining stomach again.

It didn't stopped him further because he again held the bat up. This time to aim his head.

Her frozen feet moved quick and she ran towards him to push him. She gasped when the bat hit the floor almost near his victim head. The loud noise echoed.

The floor cracked open and the bat broke.

Angel's eyes darkened even more as he looked at Nora.

A strangled cry escaped her lips as he wrapped his hand around her throat and slammed her body back in the wall. Her head took the most impact as it collided harshly with the wall behind. Black dots started covering her vision.

"A-angel." She choked a cry out as his grip around her throat tightened more.
Her hands moved to grab his hand that held her throat.

"I FUCKING TOLD YOU TO NOT TO COME IN MY WAY!" He yelled at her loudly.

"I am going to kill you." His voice tone lowered darkly.

"T-t-this i-is n-n-not y-you..." Nora whispered.

Her lungs screamed for air and tears rolled down her cheeks.

Angel froze when suddenly her hands around his hand fell down back at her sides.

Her eyes closed and her body went limp. He removed his hand unconsciously. He almost didn't felt her head bumping against his chest.

Suddenly her body was pulled away from him hastily. He looked towards Lucifer who was now holding her in his arms and staring right back at Angel with a look of fury on his face.

"I warned her to not to come in my way." Angel whispered one last time before storming out of there.

Lucifer didn't said anything to stop him. But looked down at Nora.

He checked her pulse and was relieved to hear a small beat. With a ease, he picked her fragile body up in his arms and strode out of the school ignoring the stares of students, teachers and students who were watching the scene unfold just some moments ago.
