This is what I headcanon what the crew would be like as pokemon trainers. I'll be doing there pokemon [Not the full team, just the aces because I'm to lazy] The region they hail from, and the class.

Trainer class: Since he's the protagonist, I don't know if he should have one. I'll do more digging, but for now N/A .
Region: With the new games coming out, Sinnoh.
Ace pokemon: Seems like an Infernape guy.

Trainer class: Gamer [ I know they gamble in the games, but I couldn't come up with anyone else.]
Region: I say Kanto, cuz why not
Ace pokemon: Snorlax because yes.

Trainer class: Captain. Duh.
Region: Seems like a Unova guy
Ace pokemon: Braviary

Trainer class: Champion or Rival
Region: Johto
Ace pokemon: Mimikyu. It fits him.

Trainer class: Gentlemen. Again, Duh.
Region: Johto or Unova
Ace pokemon: Stoutland

Trainer class: N/A
Region: Kalos
Ace Pokemon: Exeggcute

Trainer class: Nursery Aide
