I am walking to a random cliff when I notice Mio that are looking at the progressing town, she also helps me name the goblin that takes refugee in the town with me when I'm too bored, naming hundreds of monster can be straining for the mind, who would have known?
Shiori- "Hey, Mio, what's up?"
Mio- "I'm just looking at this beautiful world, what are you doing here?"
Shiori- "I want to look around as well, may I sit here?"
Mio- "Sure, go ahead"
Mio has been learning a lot these past few months, now she understands what a sexual relationship is, how to talk casually, how to talk formally, how to have a proper date with Shinji, and some sophisticated stuff that I don't want to elaborate on.
There is a library underneath my house and she usually read the book there in her free time, even I don't know the catalog of my library. There is a 'sacred text' corner for everyone to read, of course, there is no DATE A LIVE or Tensura related stuff in there but I'll show it to them someday.
I have been meaning to ask this ever since I know what her skill is, [Rasiel] said that she only has one Ultimate Skill but it is believed to have the potential to be strong if she ever gives it a name and evolves it into a Manas.
Shiori- "Hey, Mio, can you talk with your skill?"
Mio- "Yes, I can, why?"
Shiori- "I was wondering if you know what a Manas is"
Mio- "Oh... so I can name skill? Yeah, I will do that, it's confusing when I have to call it 'Mio' every time I want to ask something to this skill"
I'm sure that she has an insane [Thought Acceleration] variant in that skill.
Shiori- "So, have you named it?"
Mio- "Yes, I name her Reine"
What a funny coincidence... just like how she named her doppelganger.
Mio- "So that's why you didn't seem that confused when we first met"
Shiori- "What?"
Mio- "Reine just tells me that you know something about our world in the future, so when you can do something, you try so hard and make an organization called Tempest just to protect me, you have been protecting me even before I was born to this world..."
Mio is starting to cry as I try to soothe her by hugging her and stroking her hair.
Shiori- "It's okay, Mio..."
Mio- "*sob* I am powerful, aren't I? *sob* Why did I fail in saving the person that I loved?! *sob*"
Shiori- "You're stronger now, Mio. This world is providing us with a way to get stronger, so I'm sure that we are going to be fine"
She wail for a little while and I'm just waiting for her to be, and when she's done, she said a name that I thought I would never hear again.
Mio- "*sob* Thank you, Wahyu"
Shiori- "...No problem, Mio" I stroked her head gently and decided to not hide anything from her anymore.
Mio- "Thank you for deciding to not hide anything from me anymore"
Shiori- "Okay, this is getting creepy, can you read my mind?"
Mio- "The thing about hiding thing? That's your thought?"
