We reached a conveniently placed big field that is set here for a battle and we can see the army of 10.000 rampaging and starved orc that are coming in this direction
Shiori- "I'm sorry, but I need to do this so that I can get you without killing you, I don't feel good letting you guys die just because you're starving"
I took a step forward and place both of my hands on the ground, the ogres are wondering why I'm doing this but they decided to just wait and see. I don't need to place my hand on the ground actually, I just wanted to look cool in front of them while using this.
Shiori- "[Summon Tempest Serpent]!"
One snake, two snakes, four snakes, eight snakes, sixteen snakes, thirty-two snakes, sixty-nine snakes. A swarm of snakes is emerging from the magic circle on the ground and rushing at the orc army to restrain their movement while I prepare to make a portal to send them inside of my Mirror Dimension.
Shiori- "[Mirror Dimension]!"
A large white portal suddenly opens up underneath the orc army and I raise it quickly and close it immediately. I retracted my snakes to my body by opening a small portal to the Mirror Dimension beside me after that.
Shiori- "Super easy, barely an inconvenience"
The orc inside of the Mirror Dimension is not going to be connected to the Orc Lord when they're inside, I also provided some kind of food spawner inside of the Mirror Dimension so that they can eat. Aren't I generous?
[You're irresponsible and lazy]
That's... true, but they will be connected with the Orc Lord again if we let them out without dealing with Orc Lord first.
The big fields suddenly become quiet and the ogres with me are trying to process what I have just done.
Chief- "Well... that's one way to do it"
Purple-haired ogre- "That was amazing!!!"
All of the ogre with me had one or two congratulatory words for me, but I know that we have no time to waste or else that Gelato.
[Gelmud]
Gelmud is going to send more orc to follow us to the village, and it's something that I would like to avoid.
Shiori- "Okay, thank you, but we have no time to waste, there could be reinforcement coming our way, we need to regroup as quickly as possible"
The ogres- "Right!"
We quickly march to regroup with the ogres that are already going ahead of us. Oh yeah, I'm going to call Rimuru using [Thought Communication] to kill time.
Shiori- 'Hey, Rimuru, I'm sure that Shizu is dead already, what have you decided?'
Rimuru- 'I decided to reincarnate her'
Shiori- 'With her memory?'
Rimuru- 'Yes... Shinji manages to convince her to continue living somehow'
Shiori- 'How did that happen?'
Rimuru- 'It's... like this...'
[Flashback]
Shinji POV
I was sitting at the usual random cliff where Shiori-nee often goes to train at with Rimuru on my lap when Shizu calls out to me and Rimuru.
Shizu- "Are you two from Japan?"
Shinji- "I think that my name is going to make it obvious but why do you think that both of us are from Japan?"
