Chapter 4 - The Magical Abomination

I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and I see that I'm in my bedroom, I stretch my arm and do a little warm-up to start the day and when I open my curtain, I immediately remember my predicament.

I am still in Tensura world, living my life while figuring out how to get some evolution because I wanted to go home as quickly as possible, preferably space-time magic that can prevent time dilation between this world and my world.

I'm sure that it's not going to be anytime soon, but at least I can hope.

I go downstairs to see that Shinji is already cooking breakfast for me and Mio.

Shiori- "Morning"

Shinji- "You're late, what happened?"

Shiori- "Staying up all night to name all goblins happened, I'm not in a mood to do my daily routines, what are you cooking?"

Shinji- "Some curry"

Shiori- "Nice"

Shinji- "You know, it feels like that we're still in our world if not for the fact that we can see trees and empty fields when we look outside the window.

Shiori- "True, I almost forget that we're in a different world"

Mio- "*yawn* Good morning, what are you cooking, Shin?" Mio enters the dining room with Rimuru on her arm.

Shinji- "Some curry, just wait at the dining table, I'll set it up later"

Shiori- "Morning, Mio, Rimuru"

Rimuru- "Good morning, I'll just hop on the couch, I don't want to torture myself by seeing you guys eat breakfast" Rimuru hops off of Mio's arm onto the couch and turn on the TV to play Minecraft.

Shiori- "Yup, the fantasy vibe of this world is nonexistent in this house"

Shinji finishes cooking the curry not long after and serves it on the table for us to eat with some rice.

Shiori- "Let's eat now" We eat our breakfast in silence, but our eating speed is relatively quick so we still have time to talk before getting on our day.

I finish my meal first, followed by Shinji, and then Mio.

I wanted to ask them something but I forgot what I was going to ask until now.

Shiori- "I wanted to ask, what is your skill?"

Shinji- "Skill?"

Shiori- "The mechanical voice"

Shinji- "Oh, that, the mechanical voice said that I got the Unique Skill [Authority] and [Eros]"

I widened my eyes in surprise. It can't be that skill, is it?

Shiori- "Do you know what it does?"

Shinji- "I don't know, why do you look surprised?"

Shiori- "Let me hold your hand, I might be able to analyze it for you"

Shinji held out his hand for me to hold, and then I hold his hand tightly while [Rasiel] does its thing. I close my eyes so that it will look like I was concentrating.
