In the middle of the Great Forest of Jura was a city that currently has no official name, but people living in this city just call it Shiori City out of respect for the leader of this city. Monsters occasionally go to this city to take refugees and the leader would name all of them on the spot without a care in the world if they decided to live here.

There are varieties of monsters here like the goblins that evolve into hobgoblins and goblinas,  I don't know why Veldanava decided to give the female goblins evolution a different name, but I digress.

Some demi-human villages that are not affiliated with the Beast Kingdom Eurazania are also moving here due to the Orc Lord problem in this forest and made their decision to join this city after I tell them that I will give a name to each one of them if they give me their loyalty.

Oh yeah, on my way back with the ogres, I encountered some other ogre villages, so we stopped for a bit to warn them about the Orc Lord, some believe that I'm strong enough when the kijins with me told the story, some of them want to fight me to prove that I'm strong enough to be their master, that's why the kijins respected me so much.

Some Goblins are appointed to be Goblin Lord, and some Kijins are appointed to be Oni Lord to help with the works, what work is it? I have no idea, but all I know is that they are doing a great job. And also I don't bother changing the name of the title now because Nia tells me that Marzuki is strong enough to be a Fair Oni when I give him the title, so I don't need to worry.

What about the demi-human? I was getting there, the strongest demi-human in the group is given the title of Demi-Human Queen and Sword Maiden, this demi-human is a raccoon folk that I named Raphtalia.

She is a girl with long red tea hair, has raccoon ears on her head, and a bushy tail sticking out from her shrine maiden outfit similar to that of Shuna in design. She has katana as her weapon with a flower attachment on the guard and I'm assuming that she's also trained to protect her village before coming here.

I offer to give her a new weapon but she declined so I just suggested that I upgrade her weapon which she agreed to. I just give the weapon some simple enchantment like Mending, Sharpness, and Unbreaking, also a minor alteration on the pommel, now she can insert some elemental orb that I have given to her, this is how I get some experiment results, those elemental orbs can be used to give an element effect to the weapon when you use magicules on the orb, though it will be useless if you're fighting against someone with [Elemental Nullification].

The strongest demi-human from each race are given the title of Demi-Human Lord because I'm too lazy on thinking of another title, all of them are cheering for me after I practically dump all of my work onto them.

I build some apartment complexes using [Haniel] for the new residents' temporary lodging while their houses are getting built, anyone that can help with construction immediately helps speed up the construction progress but we still need months to finish the districts with our current labor forces.

We still need a hospital after all of this is over, I don't want to heal everyone because that will be tedious for me and waste the time of everyone involved, so I give the title of Medic to anyone that I deemed capable enough to do treatment for everyone.

Let's leave other stuff later because we need to get ready for our trip to the marshlands to aid the lizardman. Souei has given me a report some days ago, the summarized version of that report is that he has convinced the lizardman for an alliance rather quickly because Trya is with him and that he doesn't have to do anything drastic to convince the lizardman chief.

Souei also provides the chief with vague information about the betrayal because the chief won't believe him if he said that Gabiru is the one that is going to stage this coup.
