The woman took her top off then lift the baby beside her chest to give some milk for the baby

The baby keeps sucking on her mother's breast without minding the weird voice in her head and just focuses on the most important thing at the moment, sucking her mother's breast.
[Present]
I was still learning to interact with my environment as a 3 years old toddler when Shinji was born, so I don't remember much about that time.
I remember when my parents said that my mom was pregnant with Mana. I was still 5 years old and at that time I just got home after playing around the neighborhood with Shinji and Hinata.
I noticed that my mom's belly was getting big and I asked if she was getting fat.
She chuckles at my question but I just tilt my head in confusion because she just laughed out of nowhere before my dad got in the living room with a glass of milk.
I ran to him and ask him the same question that I give to my mom, but he also gave me a chuckle, so I gave them a pout of annoyance before they answer the question with an explanation which suffices to "my mom is pregnant".
I don't know what pregnant is at the time, so I ask them what pregnant is and they say that it was when my mom has her children inside her belly after my dad and my mom became one.
