Chapter Five: Taking Care of Business (Edited)

A/N: Sometimes I won't have a POV for Avatar Gavin, because I don't really see that much of an importance, when he's in the Cyber Dimension. But he's still there, sometimes with no dialogues.

Ravi, Zoey, Nate and I were in Grid Battleforce, the four of us stood in a room, because the General was here. I was wearing a White Jacket, Green Shirt, and Black Pants.

Devon arrived. "Guys, what's so urgent I told you. I got this job." He said. The four of us shushed him, while Ravi brought him to stand next to us.

"General Burke." Commander Shaw called, General Burke turned towards us. "May I present the Rangers. And Nate our head of technology." She introduced us to the General.

"It's time for Grid Battleforce to go on the offensive." General Burke said. "Fortunately, someone here had a great idea, my two brilliant children." He said, gesturing towards Ben and Betty, who came in holding a mannequin.

"Hey, dad." Both Ben and Betty greeted.

"We're ready." Ben said, putting the mannequin down.

"Ben and Betty are his kids?" Devon asked, looking at us.

"That explains a lot." Zoey said.

"Yup." I said, nodding.

"We present our amazing break through, the Dog-O-Tronic." Betty said, and gestured towards the Dog-O-Tronic, which is a robot dog made out of a Tronic.

"We put this together from pieces leftover after your battles, and did a little programming." Ben told us.

"Sit." Betty told the Dog-O-Tronic, it listens to her command and sits.

"Good boy, shake." Ben said, and the Dog-O-Tronic raises its feet towards Ben to shake.

"Lie down." Betty said, and the Dog-O-Tronic lied down on the floor.

General Burke claps his hands, excitedly.

"Good doggy. Good doggy." Betty said, praising the Dog-O-Tronic.

"And most importantly..." Ben said. The Dog-O-Tronic sat back up.

"Attack!" Betty shouted, pointing at the mannequin. The Dog-O-Tronic looks at Ben, and begins chasing him, while Ben runs. "Run!" She shouted.

Ben ran out of the room, as the Dog-O-Tronic was chasing him. Betty chased after them.

Everyone in the room was silent, until Nate broke it.

"Ben and Betty may be on to something, sir." Nate told General Burke. "After each attacks there's pieces of Evox's Gigadrones left behind. There may be technology we can use. Like their Dog-O-Tronic."

"You're right. Ben and Betty are really onto something here." General Burke said. "My division has a top-secret special ops hanger in the woods, west of the city. Use it for your operations." He told us.

"Collect whatever Gigadrone parts you can find, starting first thing tomorrow." Commander Shaw told us.

"Yes, ma'am." Ravi said. While the rest of us nodded.

Commander Shaw and general Burke left. Nate went to start with his research.

"I'm sorry guys, I didn't know that the General was coming." Devon told us.

"How long do you have to work at this car wash?" Ravi asked.

"I guess, until I prove I can be responsible. You know my dad." Devon said.
