Chapter Thirty-Four: Golden Opportunity

A/N: I will be skipping "Goin' Ape" and "The Silva Switch". The next Chapter will be "Fossil Frenzy". I'm sorry to anyone who wants to see "The Silva Switch" Chapter, but there's nothing important that happened in that episode.

Liam POV

All of us are at Grid Battleforce. "Let me get this straight, your parents want you to come, and live with them?" Devon said. "Affirmative, overseas just for a couple of years." Nate said. "Meaning, you'd have to leave Grid Battleforce?" Commander Shaw said. "Which is impossible right?" Nate asked.

"I just have to tell them, there's no way I can do this, I have way too much to do here." Nate said as he got to his laptop. "Not so fast, bro. I need regular maintenance, so I have to stay, but you? You can't pass up this chance, Nate." Steel said. "Steel's right, since the day I met you all you've ever wanted was to be with your parents." Zoey said. "Yeah, but... what about the team?" Nate asked.

We look at each other. "I'm sure we can find a way to survive without you." Devon said. "You already developed such terrific weapons." I said. "That's true, and it's just a matter of time before we destroy Evox." Ravi said. "You'd have to show us, a few of the standard procedures around here. Kind of, hand over the reins." Commander Shaw said.

"I guess, I can do that." Nate said. "Good idea, I can take charge of the weapons." Devon said. "I can help with that, as well." I said. "And I can maintain the Zords." Ravi said. "I could collect DNA samples." Steel said. "And Megan, could take over the lab, I'll help her." Zoey said. "Really?" Nate asked. "Absolutely. You need to do this." Zoey said as she took his hand.

"Okay, than. I need to organize everything, I should go over the schedules, and update all the firewalls." Nate said. "Alright, sounds like a plan." Commander Shaw said. The both of them left the lab. "Don't you worry, Zoey. Everything will be just fine." Steel said comforting Zoey.

Me, Devon, and Zoey are morphed, and arrived at the location, where Nate, and Steel are. Devon attacked Robo-Roxy. We stood in front of Nate, and Steel. "You guys, okay?" Devon asked. "I'm fine." Steel said. "Affirmative. Let's do this together!" Nate said as he patted Devon's shoulder.

"Come and get me!" Robo-Roxy said. All of us begin fighting. Robo-Roxy attacked us, me, Devon, and Zoey fell to the ground. "Ravi, hurry up!" Devon called. The three of us stood up.

"Beast-X Visor Linked!" We shouted.

"Activate Beast-X Mode!" We shouted. We got into Beast-X Mode.

"Beast-X Mode Ready!" We shouted.

"Cheetah Charge!" Devon shouted.

"Jackrabbit Spin Strike!" Zoey shouted.

"Wolf Sonic Howl!" I shouted.

We tried to attack Robo-Roxy, but she dodged it. "Nice try, but you forget that I am better than you." Robo-Roxy said. Robo-Roxy saw the DNA Scanner. "I see, you've been harnessing more Beast Power. I'll take these." Robo-Roxy said. "No!" Devon said. "Stop her!" Nate said. We tried to stop her, but she teleported away.

"That was my DNA Scanner." Nate said. "What would she want with that?" Steel asked. "Guys!" Ravi called. "Ravi, what's going on?" Nate asked. "Sorry I'm late, I was doing some maintenance on the Wheeler Zord, and I kinda got stuck under the engine." Ravi said. "Ouch." I said. "That's hard work." Ravi said. "Tell me, about it. Come on, let's get back so we can replace that Scanner." Nate said. All of us agreed and head back to the base.

We entered the lab, where Nate, and Zoey are. "There's the world traveler." Ravi said. "Ready to go?" Devon asked. "Sort of, I'm just waiting for my luggage." Nate said. Commander Shaw, and our Beast-Bots came in. "The Beast-Bots wanted to say goodbye." Commander Shaw said. "Safe travels, Nate." Cruise said. "We'll miss you." Smash said. "Bye guys." Nate said. "See you around." Storm said. "See you, buddy." Jax said.
