Maur and I drove separately out to the homicide scene.  Sgt. Vince Korsak and detective Barry Frost were already there. Nina Holiday is online on a secured line with the team as they describe to her the scene. Nina is the head criminal analyst for the Sacramento sheriff department. Nina is taking in all the photos she is receiving and other information we are telling her.
Nina this looks like somewhat the serial killer.  Jane give me a few to say if it's or not. Maur can you tell us how she died.  Nope won't be able to tell you for sure until I get back to the lab. Well if you guessed? I don't like guessing Jane, but she was shot with a 45 acp bullet.  It went through her and here it's right here.
Frost bag this and give to Maur.  Jane this is not our local serial killer but with the information you provided me it's similar to New Orleans NCIS case. FBI AGENT TAMMY GREGORIO IS ASSIGNED TO THE CASE AND IS WORKING WITH SPECIAL AGENT DWAYNE PRIDE OF NCIS.  Thanks Nina. I will get a hold of them.

Our criminal analyst informed me that we may have your serial killer in our area now.  I will inform my superiors and most likely Dwayne PRIDE from NCIS New Orleans will be coming too and maybe LaSalle too. Maur let me know when you have an answer. I will. Korsak - Frost Gregorio from the FBI will be here along with Dwayne PRIDE from NCIS New Orleans and agent LaSalle. We better finish and get this person before we have this person adding more people  to the killer list of victims.
I called my brother,  Frankie,  and suggested he send over his team when FBI AGENT arrives with the NCIS agents. We don't need this killer getting more kills.
Frankie said he would have my wife - Yilena Salas, my cousin Antonio Raymund and Kevin Atwater be there by 1 today.  He said he checked the flight from New Orleans would be at my precinct by then.  Korsak,  Frost and I went to Panera to get soup, sandwich and a beverage. We returned and they were walking in as we were.

Pride looks at Gregorio and whispers in her ear to behave.  I know your not one of my agents, but we are here as visitors to get this killer.  Gregorio raises her voice for us all to hear.

My wife returns and picked up on the tension on the group.
Everyone this is Nina Holiday our criminal analyst and Dr. Maura Isles Davis our head coroner and her coworker,  Dr. Esmi Martin. Dr. Esmi has some new information that is not written in any report.
Esmi speaks up and informs us this killer was trained in the military and she is familiar with his work.  He is one of ours and now a man for hire. She gives us his name and Nina gets on her lap top and shows us where he was last spotted.
Esmi tells us he is toying with us.  He is good at being stealth.
Nina please put a bolo out on him in all Leo's in our county, city and surrounding areas.  I will do the same with the FBI says Gregorio. I will do the same for the CIA says Pride.
We continue to listen to Esmi and all the evidence we have collected from us all present. Esmi gets a hold of her former military doctor who informs us of more information.
We see past and current photos and find out he speaks several languages fluently.

Hmmm,I guess since he is in California he thinks he will blend in more with a Hawaii shirt.
LaSalle left with Frost and Atwater  Gregorio left with Antonio and Frost. Pride was with me.
