I woke after a lovely  night of love making with my wife.
Babe you ready to go to sheriff's office to do the restraining order? YES.

We both are backing our vehicles out of our garage when I see Gregorio.  I get out of my BMW and chase her. Jane is running too. I tackle her and Jane puts my handcuffs on her. Antonio, Atwater, Julie and Maura witness me handcuffing her and Yilena arresting her for trespassing. Antonio calls Frankie and my brother arrives immediately.  Frankie shakes his head. Gregorio saying she is being arrested for no reason and that Jane kicked her.
I look at my brother and nod my head no but Yilena accidentally did kick her when she tackled her.
Antonio get Yilena's video coverage along with yours and Maura's. Do any of you have a problem with Antonio doing this?
Maura states she will get theirs.
Maur returns and hands Frankie theirs.  Babe we need to go get some more cds. I put the last one in it. Frankie gets out his lap top and starts viewing everyone's.
Agent Gregorio after reviewing all four of the videos you climbed the fence. You are being booked for Trespassing by the Sacramento Police department, since this is Police area.
Jay and Hailey arrive.
Jay they did everything by the book and these four cds prove it. Gregorio I  got the call from detective Rizzoli and I came right away on my day off. Your superiors warned you as well Captain Rizzoli.

I don't see you getting your job back and if you do  you will be suspended for a lengthy time.  We don't take kindly to trespassing especially at any Leo's residence.  Detective Rizzoli follow up with the restraining order just in case she gets released.  This way it will be easier to arrest her.

Sis you okay? Yeah just pissed that bitch lied I kicked her. I accidentally kicked her Frankie when we went down.  Sis you go to the sheriff's to get the restraining order.  Detective Salas you go get
changed and cleaned up. I expect a report on my desk as well as from you Detectives Atwater and Raymund.
We all nod. I kiss my wife goodbye and leave to complete the restraining order. While I am getting it signed and approved Frankie calls me to tell me she made bail but agents from here are flying her back to Washington where she lives and to meet with her superior.

Detective Rizzoli I am sorry she did what she did.  Sheriff's Halstead told me you have a restraining order.  I really don't see that stopping her.  She is a hot head and doesn't like listening to anyone
who has authority.  Okay thanks for the heads up. 
Babe pride just called me.  Even though she is being taken to Washington she doesn't take orders well and is a hot head. I text Jay already as well as Frankie.  Okay, sweetie please go to Jay's place and meet the contractor there.  This way if she comes  back you will be at their place.  Babe I don't plan on being there all day. Sweetie than go to the range or do anything else but going home. I don't want you at home alone. Yilena I am a detective.  Yes, a suspended one.  Ouch. I don't want you to get into further trouble.  Okay, I will ask Hailey and to come with me to the range then. Jay wants to get some work done on his truck. Okay. Love you.  Love you too.
Hailey let's go shooting.  Yilena doesn't want me at home alone.  Sure.  Jane that sounds like a good idea.  You can always come back and held me work on my truck. ailey backs her vehicle out and we leave for my place after I talked to the painters on what Jay and Hailey wanted done.

Jane I will be glad when the painting is done so I can finish decorating.  Sorry it took so long. No we undetstood.  We couldn't get our schedules together and Jay wanted to be on on premises when they paint. I get it.  We use them all the time but anything can go wrong. Yup.
We arrive at my place and Gregorio I'd waiting for Yilena ot myself.  I have my off duty gun on me. Hailey sees her too. HAILEY CALLS IT IN AND I GET OUT and enter my place with my gun gear. I call my wife.
The bitch is outside of our place.  Jane what are doing home? TO GET MY GUN GEAR. HAILEY CALLED IT IN. UPTON IS WITH YOU? She's in her vehicle. Jane call Upton and have her come inside okay. I will be there shortly.
I call Hailey.  Hailey Yilena is on her way. Come inside. Okay.
Hailey is getting out of her vehicle and gregorio is running up on her. I get my off duty side arm and tell her to back away. I don't pull the trigger yet. Gregorio is getting ready to shoot Hailey.  Hailey doesn't get her gun drawn in time.  I get off one shot and tell Gregorio freeze. I end up shooting Gregorio in her forehead. She is killed instantly I think.
Hailey you okay? Yeah.  Thanks.  She was going to shoot me. I am calling Jay.
Jay this is Jane.  She was here and she was coming at Hailey with a gun.I  killed her. Hailey is okay but shaken up. Hailey already called the police while I was going inside and I called Yilena. Yilena is on her way.  Okay, I am leaving now.
Hailey come inside.  Leave her and we will wait inside.  Jay is on his way.
Jane Jane you okay?yes babe. Upton ? Yeah.  What the hell happened?She was coming at Hailey with her gun drawn when I hung up and called her to come inside.  Hailey didn't get a chance to draw, but J did.
Shit.  Sis give me your gun.  Give us the video again. Shit she got loose from her  fellow agents and we weren't  notified.  Jay is arrives with his Porsche.
Babe you okay? Yes. Frankie did you get notified? Nope I asked my chief. He didn't either. Oh this isn't going to play well.  Two suspended officers and it's Gregorio again and is killed by you Rizzoli. Jay I know that but the video will prove she didn't give me a choice or Hailey would of been hurt or killed.  No one say anything else.
We undetstood why.
Jay gets on the phone with FBI head honcho and is raising his voice. Jay  is ticked when he gets off off phone. We look at him. 
Frankie come with me for a few.
Frankie and Jay leave to talk a block away.. They return and my brother is just as ticked.
