Y/n's POV

I woke up just a few minutes before the plane arrived at Incheon airport.
After I got off, I immediately bought a simcard and dialed 언니(eonni) Laura's number that she gave me yesterday. While walking and searching 언니 through the crowd of people I messaged my mother that I arrived safely and I'm currently searching for my very excited friend.

When I found her I told my mom goodbye and that I finally found 언니.

I ran up to her and she greeted me with a big hug and smile. " Oh my god! We finally met, I'm crying you're so cute!" She exclaimed while I shyly smiled at her. "My parents would love to meet you, they've been saying that repeatedly everytime I get to talk to them. Tho, before that let's go get something to eat and head straight home. I'm sure jet lag isn't the best feeling at all." She said as we walk. "I'm fine, you know me. I can handle more than just a jet lag." I laughed at her as she just chuckled at what I said.

"Fine, but when are you going to audition?" She asked me as we went inside a restaurant. I'm busy looking around that I forgot to read the name of this restaurant. "About that maybe next week? I wanted to audition as soon as possible but I know I needed to practice for my audition" I said and scratched the back of my head.

"Right! My apartment has enough space for you to practice there, so you wouldn't need to spend some money just for a dance studio. Besides I wouldn't be home for about 5hrs or so because of school" after 언니 said that our order came and we ate in silence while enjoying eachother's company. After she brought me to many places.

~TIMESKIP~

It's already 7pm here in Korea and we just had our dinner, 언니 Laura's parents are very welcoming and nice. We bid our goodbyes to her parents and went straight to our shared apartment to rest due to the fact that It'll be a busy week for the both of us.

When we arrive she told me where my room is and and we both cleaned up. As soon as I finished and got out of the bathroom, I went went to my luggage and to start unpacking so that I wouldn't have to unpack tomorrow.

I just finished unpacking and I'm so tired. I started to think about the offer 언니 Laura's parents told me, that if ever I'm willing to apply for a citizenship here in South Korea they would gladly help me. After thinking for a while I come to a conclusion that I should accept it and with that I closed my eyes and almost instantly fell into a deep slumber.

Author's POV

The day that Y/n has been preparing for has finally arrived. She'll be auditioning to join I-land season 2 and she's very nervous. During the past week she's been practicing for this day almost 10 hours a day afraid that she wont get picked and all. Her parents also kept in touch with her and they even boost their daughter's confidence. Laura has been helping her too, when Laura comes home from school she would always watch and encourage Y/n.

Y/n wore a plain white t-shirt partnered with her high waisted skinny jeans, her hair styles in a tight bun.

There she was standing right in front of Hybe's building. Shaking off her nervousness she held her head high and proceed to make her way inside the building with every step she took her aura's screaming intimidating and confidence, with Laura by her side she knows she's in good hands.

Once they're in front of the audition hall, she have to enter alone as it is forbidden to bring a friend with no intention of auditioning, so she told Laura to do whatever she wants to do because she wouldn't want her friend
to keep on waiting for her. Y/n immediately got nervous when Laura decided to go somewhere to keep herself entertained while waiting for Y/n to finish her audition.

Remembering that she's also doing this for her family, her mood changed, she felt more confident and with that she walk inside the audition hall all eyes glued to the 15 years old girl who arrived last. Everyone was caught off guard even the producers , with the sight of the young girl who entered with her head held high and a smile on her face causing her small deep dimples to show, they all knew she have a big potential.

"Now that everyone is here let's proceed to the rules and criteria" one of the producers said. With that he explained how the audition should be and that they will call the participants one by one to audition. Due to the circumstances the audition might take 3 days to finish considering the fact that there are way too many participant who wants to audition and it'll most likely take them 3 days to finish. They also said that when the audition is over they'll immediately inform the participants whom are able to make it to the I-land.

Yn's POV

I've been waiting for 1hour and 15 minutes for my turn and finally they called my name! It's really nerve wracking but again I remembered my family and 언니(eonni) Laura's words and it's more than enough to keep me going. When I entered, they told me to introduce my self and so I did, I told them about what country I came from, my hobbies and my age. They even asked me if I did martial arts to which I said yes, because I did. I've tried learning Taekwondo for a year but then there was a friend of mine who suggested that Arnis is a good martial art too and so I gave it a go, I immediately fell in love with Arnis.

Just then I realized that there he was sitting right beside one of the producers....
