As Y/n was just about to go to sleep her phone made the notification sound. She went to check her phone and when she opens it. There, on ger screen clearly read that she's expected to go to I-land after 2 weeks.
She screams and rush to Laura's room and bangs it without even caring that her friend might be sleeping already. Groaning, Laura get off of her bed and open to her younger squeling friend who's now jumping up&down and doing those weird small dance.
"What happened? Are you okay?" Laura asked but instead of responding, she just shoved her phone right at Laura's face. Her friend  widened her eyes when she read that her dear younger friend was expected to go to the I-land after 2 weeks.

Joining Y/n they both happily dance without music and laugh at eachother for being such a weirdo. When they finally calmed down they were both out of breath.

Y/n's POV

I couldn't believe it! I did it! I'm in the verge of crying but I suddenly got the idea of informing my family. So i texted my mother and informed her that I got in. She's probably busy with paper works right now. After that 언니(eonni) and I decided that we'll both have to watch movies while eating some snacks as our way of celebrating.

I suddenly remembered that none of my friends back home knew that I'll be auditioning not even my cousins! They thought I'm only here to travel!
Well, i don't want to talk about it with anyone except for my parents, grandparents and sibling, of course I wouldn't forget to mention Laura 언니(eonni)!! We both eventually fell asleep in our living room while watching movies leaving the tv on as we do so. We're screwed.

After 2weeks of waiting I'm finally sitting here inside the van that'll being me to I-land. During those 2weeks I came back to Hybe's building and met Wonyoung 언니(eonni). She told me that she's 17 years old and I came to a conclusion that I should call her 언니(eonni) considering the fact that she's 2 years older than me but she told me there's no need to. Just like that we both have gotten pretty close in just a short amount of time.

I couldn't wait to see her and bond with her in I-land! She's sweet and a very wonderful person. I just recently found out that she's a former member of IZ*ONE! At first I couldn't process what she said but when I did, I was so shocked that I couldn't even talk properly!

3hours have passed and here I am! About to make a great attempt of having an iconic entrance in I-land.
I'm wearing a purple pastel sweater and shorts under it, was a cycling shorts to prevent anyone from seeing anything. I make my way trough a small hallway or a corridor? In front of that, there sat everyone waiting for me to show my self up and when I did all eyes were suddenly on me. I felt nervous but I smiled at them showing my small and deep dimples. I noticed that I'm the last one to arrive and so when the platform stopped moving I  sat down and waited for any announcements.

I saw Wonyoung and I waved at her and she waved back. A man's voice coming from the speaker startled me as he spoke and said that it is time for the Entry Test. Just like the season one every unit needs to perform and we're going to decide whether that person will enter I-land or not.

Almost everyone rushed in the middle to go first but Wonyoung and her unit got there first. When wonyoung was performing she absolutely looks cute! She's a natural, I was so amazed by their performance that I didn't notice even notice it was time for us to vote. Of course Wonyoung got in and so does her 2 other unit members named
Rei and Yujin.

As the others finished performing there's only 3 seats available and we're already down to negative numbers. So I rushed forward afraid of losing my chance to prove myself.
I performed Gashina by Sun Mi.
Almost everyone is shocked considering how timid I looked when I entered earlier and now I'm dancing to Gashina.

When I finished performing the voting began and I just look straight not even gazing to anyone or anywhere. The man's voice announced that I, Y/n L/n will be getting inside the real highlight of I-land with a total number of 20 out of 22 voters.

I bowed at them and proceed to my seat. After watching the remaining Trainees perform. It is now time to go and seperate our ways temporarily  with the Grounders. I'm sad that some of us are going to the Ground while here I am about to experience what it felt like to be inside the I-land. After we said our temporary goodbyes to the Grounders, Wonyoung went to me  to hold my hand, squeezing it as if it is her way of reassuring me that we'll be alright. I smiled at her and squeezed her hand back in a way of saying thank you. We waited for the egg like gate to open and let us into the I-land.

Little do I know that there's something big is waiting for us on the otherside of this gate. Waiting to welcome us warmly.
