'How's Sunghoon hyung ?' Jungwon questioned Jake the next day.

They had switched positions the previous night as Jungwon had volunteered to stay with Heeseung and Sunoo and therefore Jake stayed with Sunghoon.

'he's fine now, don't worry.' Jake replied.

'Let's remove all the axes from the floor, it would be dangerous for us to roam around like this' Jay suggested. Ni-ki proceeded to pick up a piece of the metal that had fallen to the ground but was quickly swatted away by Jay. 'be careful, don't hurt yourself'

The humans were having the last bit of candies that were left. Sunoo looked around, observing the place, 'jay hyung, we're out of food.'

'oh, that's uh, bad.'

'we don't have water left and only one bread bun is there for the 4 of us to consume tomorrow.' Jungwon estimated. With that being said, there was some panic raised with the humans.

'let's get back to our work. We'll figure it out soon.' Jay assured.

Jungwon and Jake tried to use their cellphones to call someone.

Ni-ki was seated on the wide window sill, trying to find the window locks and attempting to break them open.

Heeseung and Sunoo sat near the door, trying to insert the needles and pieces of wood they had found into the keyhole, hoping it would somehow crack open.

Sunghoon came down soon and sat on the floor, trying to open the floorboards to check if there was a way to escape.

Jay was collecting the pieces of axes fallen on the ground.

'Guys, my phone is about to die' Jungwon sighed, putting his phone away with a huff.

'try mine' Sunoo urged and passed his phone to Jungwon.

'and there goes mine too' Jake continued. 'Jay, I'll try yours.'

'Goodbye phone' Jake sighed while watching the flashing battery column at the top right corner of Jay's cellphone.

'Jungwon, having any luck ?' Sunoo questioned.

'yeah, wait a sec, I'll try calling' Jungwon shushed and dialed 911.

Hearing Jungwon's remark, the rest 6 left their work and sat still focusing on Jungwon who was holding onto Sunoo's phone with the last bit of hope as he watched the battery percentage drop with every second that passed by.

'come on, hurry up' Ni-ki said, being quickly shushed by Jungwon who would be the happiest if the call worked out.

It was silent for quite some time. The tension rose further with the passage of every moment but it all came to a pause when they heard a ring.

A call ring.

The looks on the boys' faces were different and all of them stared in shock as the phone continued to ring.

The atmosphere inside the room was heavy and it didn't take much long until Jungwon was finally becoming impatient, 'come on, dang you phone'
Jungwon put his hands together in a motion to pray and then....

'Hello , this is 911, how may we help you?'

The whole room became silent. Everything came to a stand still. The boys felt the sigh of relief at the person speaking.

'we need help, we're stuck in a house in the middle of the forest' heeseung quickly described.

'I'm sOOrry, could you please rePeat' the voice was retorted which was a sign that the network was bad.

'we're stuck in a house'

'in the middle of the Forest'

'SoRRy, wHere....zzzz?'

'it's locked, we can't get out, send help-
Sunghoon went to answer but then the phone beeped and the screen turned black.

The call was disconnected and the phone was dead.
There was an expression of disappointment and shock on everyone's face and Jungwon snatched back the cellphone and tapped on it only to realize that the battery was dead. He handed it over to its owner, Sunoo.

'I'm sorry guys' Jungwon looked around at the boys staring with sorrow.

'It's okay, Jungwon, we'll find another way' Jay assured the boy.

'but what about food ?' Jake questioned.

'we'll have to figure that out somehow.' Sunoo replied.

'you mean, we'll end up eating each other-OUCH' Ni-ki suggested and then soon received a hard pinch by Heeseung who said, 'shut up'

'Sunghoon hyung, is your hand okay ?' Sunoo questioned when he spotted the older boy near the attic.

'oh, Sunoo, yeah, it's okay' he replied. 'where are you heading to ?'

'to the attic; we kept the rest of the boxes in there and we might find something in the rest of the boxes.'

The two boys entered the Attic and found Jake and Jay already in there, trying to shift the boxes by himself. Once the boy noticed Sunghoon, Jake immediately dropped a box and it missed his leg by an inch to which Sunghoon exclaimed, 'be careful, Jake'

'Since we already opened one box, why not open the rest of them as well ?' Sunoo suggested and the others nodded.

'So which one shall we open first ?' Sunghoon questioned, looking around the room and then back to the boys.

'hmm..That one' Jake pointed and pushed the box in front of the other two and he opened the lock.

'but wait, what if there are rats or even worse snakes in there ?' Sunoo worriedly questioned.

'should we try kicking the box first ?' Sunghoon suggested and slightly kicked the box.

Quickly intrigued by the fact that it wasn't something dangerous, Jay got down on his knees and opened the box as fast as he could, while the others backed off.

'Guys-
Jay was astonished to see what was inside but was interrupted by a loud scream that came from down stairs. Worried looks spread across the faces of the 4 boys and Sunghoon, Jake and Sunoo quickly got up and left the box to check on the situation. Jay was hesitant to go down but he left the box and followed the other two.

But the box may have had something that could help them in the current situation.
