Jake had not expected the journey to be long but as he kept descending the stairs, he felt the sudden urge to return back. But then again he couldn't leave his friends. The pole wasn't rusted but it seemed as if it was freshly placed and he did notice the greased fingerprints that didn't seem to have been imprinted long ago. This place was still definitely in use.

He had almost lost hope of being able to get out again when he started to see a light.

Maybe if Heeseung hadn't been there, he'd have tripped and fell with his face on the floor when he has missed a step but instead he landed of Heeseung who had been swift enough to catch him.

When Jake opened his eyes, he was welcomed by the 4 boys surrounding him and he got up to see Sunoo seated across the space, caressing his injured leg. Heeseung groaned as he was gently pulled up by Sunghoon. The wound on his head seemed to have stopped bleeding but the sharp pain was still there.

'A-are you okay ?' He called out to the boys and they somewhat modde in respond.

'w-what is this place ?'

'whatever it is, it definitely should build some staircase or an elevator, ouch my leg' Sunoo winced.

'but―wait, who's that ?' Sunghoon was about to reply when he noticed a shadow.

'I don't know, hey, who are you?' Jay questioned. There wasn't any answer.

Jungwon was cut off by the sound of electric wires being pulled and then the boys turned to a tv placed against the wall. The boys were focused on the tv and the six boys came closer to each other.

The boys wondered what it was and then the screen of the tv lit up and the face of a man flashed on the screen.

'who is that ?'

'hello boys, glad you boys could join us'

'wh-who are you?' Heeseung muttered.

'oh, surprisingly you don't know who I am. well then you don't need you, you give me what I want and maybe I will let you go' the voice let out a growl, 'or maybe not.'

'well, anyways, as it happens, i misunderstood your group and picked up the wrong boy.' The person confessed. 'So, as I return you one, you might want to hand the other over to me.'

The person beyond the camera smirked and soon the TV turned off leaving the six boys in utter confusion.

'wait, what happened ? Who was he?' they chanted in unison.

However there wasn't much time for them to wonder because as soon as the thing had turned off, a sudden jerk was felt and the boys fell to the ground for support and looked into the direction to see one of the walls parting away.

'am i turning blind or is that a figure coming this way?' Jay called out, holding onto Sunoo tightly.

'Hyung, I would like to agree with both' Jungwon replied amidst all the struggle.

'isn't that Ni-ki?'

Yes. It was Ni-ki.

The boy tried to rush out with unstable steps and reached out his hand for support to which Jungwon, being the nearest, immediately held onto it and the younger boy collapsed to the ground saying, 'you shouldn't h-have come here, you shouldn't have f-followed me'

'Ni-ki !!' Heeseung let out a shriek and rushed to hold up the senseless boy but was stopped by Jay.

'H-hyung, don't―'

'what do you mean by don't !?'

'Look behind him, hyung' Jay warned and Heeseung looked at the direction. Behind Jungwon and Ni-ki, the light started to flicker, there was an abstract eere sound coming from the direction from which Ni-ki came and within a few minutes, as if by magic, the lights went off and they could hear Sunghoon scream.

'aaaack―

'S-sunghoon hyung, don't let go !' Jungwon screamed.

'w-what did he say !?' Jake who was clinging onto Heeseung cried.

'It isn't Sunghoon who's being pulled,ugh, it's Jungwon !' Jay screamed as he felt being pulled by some forces as well. He winced for help, his shoes were ripped off from his feet and he held on tightly to one of the walls.

Jungwon had merely held onto Ni-ki to take care of the youngest but then he had felt that sudden pull on his leg.
He felt as if his leg was being ripped off and he could see the blood flow on his dusty trousers but he held firmly onto the youngest and when he felt his body being displaced, he quickly held onto Sunghoon.

And as the voice of Sunghoon pierced through the room breaking the calmness, a sudden wave of silence hovered over to take over and the room was once again silent.

The lights flickered and the dark room was finally brought to light again. There was no force pulling then anymore.

'J-jungwon, are y-you okay?' Jay, inspite of being in immense pain, called out to check on the younger one.

'I feel like my legs might fall off' Jungwon panted, his chest moved up and down at a fast pace and his breathing was uneven and he still held on tightly to Sunghoon's hand.

'It's okay, Jungwon, it's okay, I'm here' Sunghoon stumbled and crawled to the younger one and embraced him in a tight hug.

'J-jay, you're okay, don't worry, I'll treat you once we get out' Jake assured Jay as he pulled Heeseung and Jay into a hug.

'Guys, that thing pulled my shoe with it, gosh' Jay laughed to lift the atmosphere and it did work because a few of the boys let out chuckles.

'i-is Ni-ki okay?'

'he's still senseless, what about Sunoo?' Sunghoon cried from the other side of the room. Jungwon was still hugging him and his right hand was caressing the youngest boy's forehead.

'guys, I think Ni-ki is not the only person who's unconscious' Jake shuttered and broke from the hug to turn and Jay looked behind to see Sunoo on the floor.

'this is the second time he's in this state.' Heeseung muttered.

'i really regret coming here.'
