Zenitsu stood in the room, the floor was covered by katanas buried into the ground, out of all the katanas, he noticed one of them "Kaigaku's blade... You will pay!" Zenitsu said while getting into a stance.
'He only knows two forms, the second one I am not familiar with, I shouldn't underestimate this one, his scent gives it away.' The uppermoon thought to himself before launching the shadow spikes against Zenitsu. He ducks "Breath of thunder, First form-" He couldn't finish as the shadow that was above him nearly impaled him, he dashes to the left and starts running.
He runs around the room but every way he runs to is quickly cut off by the shadows, just then the shadows soon surround him, the uppermoon smirks to himself but sees lightning emitting from the ball of shadows that he used to surround Zenitsu. Suddenly the shadows break and the air felt as if it was vibrating.
"Breath of thunder, first form: Thunder clap and flash! Eightfold!" An extension of the Thunderclap and Flash technique created by Zenitsu. The user performs Thunderclap and Flash eight times in quick succession while slightly augmenting the power and speed of his dashes.
He dashes round the room at incredible speed, to the point where its impossible to track where he really is. But when he dashed down for the kill, he had no idea, the uppermoon could track his movements with ease. As soon as he came down, he launched several spikes at him, Zenitsu destroyed a few but one manage to impale his right shoulder, he was left there hanging.
"Your movement speed was astonishing, I had some trouble tracking it but still able to follow it nonetheless." He spoke, Zenitsu hanging and was in pain, coughing up blood. "Unlike the other uppermoons, I have pure vision around me. Meaning nobody could ever go behind my back" As soon as he said that, all of his shadows opened up from at least an eye or more and all said his rank.
The spike that impaled Zenitsu opened its eye and moved in deeper causing more pain for Zenitsu. He screams in pain before dropping his katana to the ground, "Your katana looks a lot like Kaigaku's, any final words?" and Zenitsu says only one thing "Do not underestimate us." The uppermoon raised an eyebrow before picking up a different scent, the scent of a hashira.
He looks up and sees an axe and a flail attached to each other destroying the shadows around the room and freeing Zenitsu. He jumps back and sees, its him, the stone hashira, Himejima Gyomei. He puts on a wide grin "What an honor it is to face the strongest hashira!" he exclaims "I hardly get a chance to face a breath of stone user!"
They see his shadows reforming and he now had a bright grin "May this be an honorable battle." Zenitsu and Gyomei didn't speak, until they heard someone rushing through the door, and thats when a shirtless boar man barged in and destroyed one of the shadow spikes while laughing like a maniac "BAHAHAHA! LORD INOSKUE IS HERE!"
Uppermoon 3 was left dumbfounded, "Uhh... Never heard of you..." Inoskeu gasped at what the boy said "YOU WILL KNOW ME SOON ENOUGH YOU LITTLE BRAT!" He had to think about who he was again, placing his hand on his chin and that was when he remembered. "Oh right! Your one of the lord's former companions. Pleasure to meet you."
"L-Lord?? I'm no companion you little!" Inoskue was about to rant, luckily Zenitsu interrupted "No you dumb pig! He is talking about Tanjiro!" Inoskue was lost for words, but go ready for a fight nonetheless. "Now isn't the time to argue children." Gyomei spoke "He is preparing to attack us, be ready." He gripped his chains and glares at the uppermoon.
The demon attacks everywhere, scattering his shadow spikes, they either dodged by side stepping, ducking, or jumping. But they won't be able to keep this up, they had to go for the offensive at some point. "Breath of stone, First Form: Serpentinite Bipolar" Gyomei throws both the flail and axe towards their intended target and manipulates the chain by rotating it thus causing the axe and flail to also rotate in order to drill and grind right through his target.
The uppermoon dashes right to avoid the flail but catches the axe with his hands, he smirks and tried to use this opportunity to kill him, sending five spikes at him, Inoskue jumped in "Breath of beast, Second Fang: Slice" The user unleashes a double slash with his two blades in an X-shaped cut. He destroys the spikes and gave Zenitsu a chance to strike.

He reaches him but he pulled out his shadows blocking his attack, but it destroys the shadows and the uppermoons hand. It regenerates and he noticed that Gyomei was gone, he looks around and looks up to see an incoming flail, he couldn't react in time but dodges but not unscathed.
A portion of his upper heads half was gone but regenerated in a minute. "Breath of beast, Fourth fang: Slice 'n' Dice!" The user delivers multiple diagonal double slashes with both swords. Inoskue attacks from behind but misses. The uppermoon clearly gettiing irritated launches his spikes, Inoskue dashes through them to avoid them but his sides were cut, then out of nowhere, one of the spikes appeared and sliced his abdomen.
Inoskeu yells in pain before stumbling back, he kneels next to Zenitsu panting, their injuries were horrible. Zenitsu's shoulder still bled, and Inoskue coughs up a bit of blood. "You two children take a break, leave the uppermoon to me." Gyomei stated as he stood in front of the two. "Such bravery." The demon taunted "But sadly, your bravery will bring you nowhere."
The shadows begin travelling on the floor, they stare in shock watching the shadows make their move. Thats when they noticed, the shadows were approaching the fallen hashiras katana and encircling them. They watches as the shadows begin to grip on the katanas and began taking on humanoid forms, the katanas were lifted up from the ground and was being carried by the humanoid shadows. Their feature began to look more detailed as they soon realized.
"They're taking the form of the hashiras he has killed" Gyomei said as he recognized most of the now detailed humanoid shadows.
It was all set, and Zenitsu saw him. "K-KAIGAKU!" He calls out but to no avail, Kagaku's katana being carried by a humanoid shadow that looked like him. Suddenly all the shadowed Hashiras opened eyes, the very same eyes that were on the shadows, the very same eye that held the demons rank.
The current stone Hashira, Inoskue and Zenitsu now were at the center of the battle, across them was the uppermoon, and what surrounded them were the shadowed Hashiras.
Now their battle with the uppermoon has truly begun.
