Laura's point of view

Its the night after, and I'm with Milly and two of her mates at a small diner. She's chugging down bottles of alcohol like theres no tomorrow. I'm actually quite surprised that she hasn't toppled over and thrown up yet. She had handed me a bottle about half an hour ago, but I'm still contemplating wether to drink it or not. After last nights result, I'm not so sure if I should or not. Milly leans over and whispers something into the guys ear. I've come to know him as Corey.

"Hey, Laura, you should drink it." Corey encourages, smiling at me sweetly. I look down at the bottle, then take the risk and start to drink it. I know I should be smarter than this, but there isn't really anything else for me to do, so I might as well drink myself dry. I guzzle the whole bottle down in one go and drop it onto the table. Corey, Milly and the boy next to me -- who I think is named Carlisle, but I cant really remember -- all clap for me. I screw my face up, but manage to smile at them.

"That sure was something," Carlisle says, smirking at me. I wave him off and stand up, reaching over the table to steal Milly's bottle and another bottle beside her. I skull them both down like it was nothing. It definitely tasted disgusted and it was burning my throat, but I 'took it like a man' as they say.

After heading to a nearby bar for an hour which consisted of guzzling down bottles of whatever Milly handed to me nonstop and taking a dozen rows of tequila shots with Corey and Carlisle, everything was fuzzy and I was extremely energetic.

I jump up on the bar countertop as Wiggle starts to play. People start cheering and wolf-whistling at me. Corey hops up onto the bar with me, moving closer to me as his arms snake around my waist, smoothly pulling me towards him. I laugh loudly as he softly bites on my neck.

"Don't do that, Corey," I slur out, pushing on his biceps in hope that he'll move away from me. To my surprise, he does. He moves away from me, a smirk present on his face. As Wiggle ends, another song comes on, but I don't recognize it. The music pumps loudly, blaring my ears as Corey continues to smirk at me, dancing slightly. "Why are you looking at me like that?" I yell over the music, leaning towards him so he can hear me better. He raises an eyebrow, before grabbing the bottom of my shirt and ripping it. I twirl with it, causing the bottom of my top to be ripped off, making my once normal shirt to now become a crop top. I gasp, but nonetheless laugh as I continue to dance around on the bar.

"Get off the bar!" One of the staff members yells at us. I look down at the guy, noticing his sculpted face and bulging muscles. He's wearing a thin grey top. It reminds me of Ross when he wore a tight grey shirt. I suddenly become really sad at the mere thought of him. As I was about to get down from the bar, someone pulls my foot. I slip off of the counter top and land on someones chest.

"Sorry, sweetheart," a male voice yells out so that I could hear him over the loud obnoxious music. I climb off of him and subconsciously pull him up off of the ground. I look up to see Carlisle. Alright, that's okay then. I pat his chest and stumble away from Milly and the guys. I make my way to the bathroom where it would be more quiet.

I stumble my way through the bathroom door and pull my phone out my back pocket. I dial a number and bring the phone to my ear. It rings four times before the other end picks up. "Hello?" The distinct voice makes me a little bit happy, but sad at the same time. He sounds like he just woke up.

I involuntarily giggle, "Hiya, Ross, what's happenin'?" I slur out. I hear shuffling, soon followed by a sigh.

"Laura?"

"Yeah, hi!" I yell into the phone. I know he could hear me even if I whisper, so there was really no need for me to yell.

"Are you drunk?" Theres more shuffling, and the some talking in the background. "It's Laura, shoosh." Ross says, most likely to whoever was talking before. I laugh at his words. 'Shoosh'. He was so polite, sometimes.

"Maybe a little bit," I giggle, then hiccup. I feel like there are literal bubbles inside of my brain. That sounds illogical, but that's how I feel right now. "Okay, yes, and a lot. Hey, guess what?"

He lets out a deep sigh, "What?"

I whisper out, "I miss you." Theres more talking in the background.

"Shut up, Riker." Ross says, a little louder this time. Riker? That can't be good. The distant voice speaks again, but the only words I could hear were 'drunken slut' which I'm guessing he directed to me. And ouch, did that ever hurt. Yes, yes it did.

"Laura, where are you?" Ross asks. He sounds more awake now. Oh geez, I woke him up. Now I feel bad.

I gurgle, my vision becoming slightly blurry, "Hold on a second," I stumble out to the crowd, trying to find a sign with the name of the bar. Once I couldn't see anything, I make my way outside. I look up at the bright neon-lit sign above the door. "It says 'Blue Dolphin' above the door, so I guess that's the name of the bar." I mumble into the phone, covering my eyes as the flashing blue lights blind me.

"Geez, Laura. That's halfway across town! What are you even doing there?" Ross says. I walk towards the wall and lean against it, letting out a long breath. I don't answer him, I just try to collect myself. "Stay at the bar, I'm coming to get you." And then he hangs up. I pull my phone away from my face and just stare at the screen as it displays the words 'Call Ended' in blinking red letters. I let out a breath-like laugh, before I slide down the wall and sit on the floor, my back still firmly against the brick wall.

Sigh, and now we wait.
