Laura's POV

I grab the guitar and sit on the floor. I strum the strings, playing around with it. Hmm, what should I sing? I smile to myself as I think of the perfect song.

"Oh no, did I get too close?

Oh, did I almost see what's really on the inside?

All your insecurities

All the dirty laundry

Never made me blink one time

Unconditional, unconditionally

I will love you unconditionally

There is no fear now

Let go and just be free

I will love you unconditionally

Come just as you are to me

Don't need apologies

Know that you are worthy

I'll take your bad days with your good

Walk through the storm I would

I do it all because I love you, I love you

Unconditional, unconditionally

I will love you unconditionally

There is no fear now

Let go and just be free

I will love you unconditionally

So open up your heart and just let it begin

Open up your heart and just let it begin

Open up your heart and just let it begin

Open up your heart

Acceptance is the key to be

To be truly free

Will you do the same for me?

Unconditional, unconditionally

I will love you unconditionally

And there is no fear now

Let go and just be free

'Cause I will love you unconditionally (oh yeah)

I will love you (unconditionally)

I will love you

I will love you unconditionally" as soon as I strum the last cord, I sigh.

"Wow... Nice voice." A female voice echoes through the large room. I look at the door to see her. She walks up to me and holds out her hand. I take it in mine and we shake hands. "I'm Sandy by the way, and you are..?"

"Laura. Ross' girlfriend." I say, making the girlfriend part sound loud so she gets the point. The sudden mood change she has wasn't surprising. It was actually the most predictable thing yet.

"Look, I know you're Ross' girlfriend and all...but by the time I'm finished here, he won't be." She smirked.

"Oh! You think you're gonna get Ross?" I laughed. She gave me evil eyes while I huffed. I stared at her with the most evil look that I'm pretty sure I as burning holes right through her head. I put the guitar back and stood up so that I was eye level with her.

"Nothing will keep Ross and I apart. It's inevitable. He'll be mine! He loves me!" Sandy exclaims. She sounded nervous. I shrugged and walked past her. I stopped at the door and turned around.

"The way you say that..." I pause for dramatic effect, "makes you sound like a desperate, thirsty bitch." I then turn back around and walk down the stairs, pulling my phone out from behind my back and pressing stop with a smug look on my face. Wow, that girl is an idiot.

"What's up with you?" Ross asked as he spotted me walking into the kitchen. I look at him and smile. I grab his arm and pull him out onto the back veranda.

"I need you to listen to this, Ross." I said while pulling my phone out. He nods and I press play. The conversation that went on between Sandy and I starts playing. He listens carefully and when it finishes, he giggles at me. "What's funny about that?!"

"It's funny because you took it to heart! I already know she likes me. She's had a crush on me for years now!" He explains. The look on my face must've been priceless. "Besides, there's no way she's going to be my girlfriend," he pauses and pulls me close to him by the waist, "because you're my only love." I giggle as he kisses my nose.

"Naw, Ross, that's so sweet! You're so sweet!" I tell him. He smiles and kisses my cheek. I swear he kisses everywhere on my face except for me lips! That's not fair! "But you're a tease..." I whine. He laughs.

"Okay, I'm sorry." He apologises before kissing me on the lips. Once he pulls away, he begins to talk again. "And for the record, you taste sweet." I giggle and blush.
