Not a project {Part One} ~Tony Stark~

Warnings: Fluffy, blood, screaming
Summary: Tony and Y/N are dating. She and him watch a movie every night, and Y/N doesn't really do horror movies, because when they watch them, they end up having nightmares. Tonight, Y/N purposely picked a horror movie to watch, not thinking they were going to get scared, but Tony ends up having to comfort them when they have nightmares.

Tony had two fistfuls of watery sand in his hands getting ready to throw it at Y/N. "Anthony Edward Stark, don't you even think about it!" He smirks, and throws a handful towards them. It lands in front of them, and they jump back and scream at him. "You're such an idiot!" They laugh and run over to the edge of the ocean. They cup their hands in the water and throw it at him, getting his hair wet. He just stands there, mouth wide open and sea water dripping from his hair and face. "Holy shit- how can he be so attractive!?" They think to themselves. "I think you may have made the sea monsters angry. Throwing their water on me? That's very disrespectful babe."

"Oh well then, it looks like we'll have to make a sacrifice to them. I vote you!" He walks towards them and says, "You know you love me." They step closer to him and hug him. "Yes, yes I do. But I love me more." Y/N pushes him in, and he lands on his butt in the water. "Y/N!!" He yells at them, both of them laughing. Happy walks up to them both saying, "While I hate to break this up, the two of you have a press conference-" He looks at his watch. "Now." Tony looks at them, and they look at him. "Well, a press conference does sound important. But, not starving is higher on that list. Let's go get some cheeseburgers." Happy tries to protest. "But-"  Tony cuts him off. "Uh-uh. Cheeseburger first."

They all get into the car and drive to a Burger King and grab dinner. Sure they arrived at the conference late but it was worth it for cheeseburgers. When it was over, Y/N and Tony decided on a late-night movie while Pepper and Happy weren't around to interfere. They were getting into pjs in their room when they heard Tony saying, "Why is there nothing- oh wait what about that one?" He was obviously clicking through the watchlist on the T.V. They leave their room in your pjs, which was a pair fluffy pants and one of Tony's hoodies. "Having trouble finding something?" Y/N asks. He turns around to look at them. "Yeah, could you help? I'll make the popcorn for you!" They smile. "Deal. Make sure it has extra butter." He runs to the kitchen and they sit on the couch and grab the remote. They scroll for a minute and find the original Candyman. They get it up and ready to run when he comes back in with a big bowl of popcorn.

"Candyman? Really?" He sits next to them and puts the popcorn in their lap. "Yeah, why? You scared?" They tease him. "Absolutely not. I was asking for your sake. Remember what happened when we watched Pet Semetary?" He looks at them with a smirk. "I do not get scared like that anymore!" They say, a little mad. "Ok then, just checking. Wait a sec- is that my hoodie?" He looks at you. You question your whole existence. "No?..." He sighs. "It's fine, you can keep it. It looks good on you." He says to them, smiling. About a half an hour into the movie there's a jump scare, and they jump in their seat. Tony puts his arm around them, making them feel safe.  "It's ok, it's just a movie." He calms Y/N down and they reach for the popcorn.

They grab a handful and practically shove it in their mouth. The movie finishes and they're really freaked out. He gets up and takes the empty bowl in his hands. "You look really tired Y/N. I think it's time for you to turn in for the night." They shiver. "Maybe, but could you come with me? I think that was the scariest horror movie I've seen so far." He smiles. "Of course." He puts the bowl in the sink, and they try to get up. He comes over to them and picks them up bridal style. "Hey! Put me down! I can walk!" He laughs. "I know, but this is so much more fun." Tony takes Y/N into his room and puts them on his bed. "I've got to get into pjs. Make yourself comfortable, I'll be right back." He ruffles through his drawer, then goes into his bathroom. They get under the covers when they hear a large sound of thunder outside the window, and the lights shut off. You sit up. "T-Tony!?" They could hear a door open and shut, and they look towards where it came from. It was the same direction as where the bathroom was. "It ok Y/N, just a power outage, give it a second."

Y/N could feel him get into bed with them, and after a few seconds they hear a large whirring noise, and the lights turn back on. "See? No big deal." He lays on his back, and they lay down with him. He puts his arm around their shoulder and they snuggle up to him. "You're not going to have any nightmares right?" He says jokingly. "Absolutely not." They say confidently. He laughs. He puts his head on their shoulder as they slowly fall asleep.

Y/N was in a bathroom. Against their own will, they started to say, "Candyman... Candyman... Candyman!" They felt two bloody hands grab their neck and start to choke them. They started to scream, and woke up. They snapped their upper body up into a sitting position as they opened their eyes. They stared into the empty darkness that was Tony's room as he sat up next to them. "Hey, what's wrong?! Are you ok?!" Y/N turns to look at him, tears streaming down your face. He pulls them into a hug and they nuzzle their head into his chest. He holds their head while whispering, "It's ok... I've got you... I'm here." The two of them laid down like that, Tony holding their head while they cry softly in his shoulder.
