Abandoned ~Pietro Maximoff~

Summary: Pietro and Y/N dated while they were in Hydra. When Pietro and Wanda decide to escape, Pietro tried taking Y/N with them, but Wanda refused. Later, after finding out about the twins' escape, Y/N was heartbroken that they didn't try to bring him along, and it comes back to bite the Maximoffs in the butt when Y/N shows up at the compound door, needing medical help.

"We can't just leave him in there!" Pietro screamed. Wanda grabbed his wrist. "I'm sorry Pietro. We have to let him go." Before he could say anything, they heard a beeping noise and took off, running away from the base as it exploded. Once they were far enough away, Wanda kept running, but Pietro looked back, with tears in his eyes. "No... Y/N..." He slunk to the ground, Wanda trying to pull him back up. "I'm sorry Pietro. We have to go."

Months have passed, but Pietro never forgot about Y/N. His first love. They lived at the Avengers Tower with the Avengers, and one day when they were all together hanging out, someone appears at the door. Friday says, "Hey boss, you have a visitor at the door, and he seems to be in need of medical help." Friday shows video footage, and there's someone at the door, leaning on the door frame, breathing heavily. "Please let me in... I need help..." His face is covered in blood, and one of his arms is twisted weirdly Tony says to Friday, "Let him in, I'm going down there now." Tony rushes to him as fast as possible.

Tony introduces himself and brings Y/N to Bruce for medical attention. When he's finished being treated, he meets the team. Bruce helps Y/N into the main meeting room, and they all do introductions. They finally get to Wanda and Pietro. "I'm Wanda, and this is my twin." She says. "Nice to meet you. I'm Pietro." He says in a flirty tone. He puts his hand out to shake as Y/N's face falls hearing the names. "Let me guess. Your last name is Maximoff?" Both of their eyes go wide, and Pietro retracts his hand. "How did you-" Wanda starts. Pietro gasps. "Y-Y/N?" You nod. "I can't believe you two are still alive! You left me there to die! I barely survived that explosion, I begged you to take me with you!!" He screamed. The twins hang their heads as the Avengers stand there in confusion. Pietro starts, "Y-Y/N, I'm sorry. Wanda-"

Y/N cuts him off. "Wanda nothing! You both left me there to be used as a lab rat, even after I begged you. I was on. My. Knees!" He screams. "You're both to blame. You abandoned me when I needed you the most. I loved you Pietro. And Wanda, you were practically my sister. You both destroyed that love and trust. I'm leaving." He turns to the door. "Bruce, thank you for helping me and Tony, thank you for letting me in. It was nice meeting you all." He looks back at the twins in scorn, and walks out of the room. Pietro runs after him. He catches up with Y/N, and grabs his wrist. "Y/N, listen to me." He yanks his wrist away. "Enough Pietro." Pietro runs in front of him. "No, Y/N, look at me." Y/N looks away, tears forming in his eyes.

"Y/N... please look at me." Pietro says, his voice hitching. "No Pietro... Enough." Y/N says, getting slightly agitated. Pietro says once again, "Will you please listen?" A tear rolls down his cheek and is caught in the strands of hair in his face. Y/N practically screams at him, "I said ENOUGH!" He holds his head, and doubles over in pain. The air around them ripples, and Y/N suddenly had an extremely bad headache. Pietro helps Y/N up off the ground and looks them in the eyes. Both of them have tears welling up, some spilling over. "I'm sorry." He whispers. "Wanda forced me to go. I tried making her go back to get you but she wouldn't. This isn't something I should've made you use your power for. I'm sorry." He says again. Y/N warps his arms around Pietro's waist and hugs him, crying into his chest.
