Chapter 10

Maxwell awoke first, today determined if his life would change forever. His dreams could come true, and it all was in his reach. He got up and walked out to the living room of the suite and grabbed the suite phone. He ordered a huge breakfast and it would be up in 30 minutes. He then went into each persons room and woke them up, all except Blake. Soon everyone was up, and in their pajamas. The suite bell rang, and Maxwell answered it and the food was brought in.

" Oh my gosh , I was so hungry!" Daniela said as she sat the table. Raven rubbed her eyes and laughed.

" You were so sleep, so how were you so hungry?" Daniela rolled her eyes.

" Don't trip." She replied. Everyone else sat down and a little while later, Blake entered.

" Why didn't anyone tell me the food was here?" He asked. Maxwell just turned away and focused on his food. Daniela sneered and Raven growled. Erick looked at Raven and then at Blake and shrugged. Mike looked at everyone and decided it was getting more and more awkward at the moment.

" So Maxwell are you scared about tonight?" He asked, Maxwell looked up and smiled.

" No, I was at first but this is big and I can't risk being scared and messing up. I'm just so amped to go and perform in front of so many people."

" I would be freaked the hell out, too many people scare me." Sean said. Everyone began laughing and things were slowly going back to normal. Daniela was sad, but doing a good job at hiding it. Carlos still hasn't shown up and she was worried about him. Blake sat down near Sean since Erick was too close to Raven who was close to Maxwell.

" We'll all be able to go right ?" Daniela asked.

Maxwell nodded, " Yeah, I even will leave a ticket here for Carlos. You know if he comes back." Daniela just nodded.

It was two hours away from Maxwells performance and everyone was getting ready. There came a knock at the door, and it was Ricardo.

" You will need to come early to the performance area, for one last run through and dress and prep." He told Maxwell. Maxwell nodded and turned back to everyone.

" Wish me luck and I hope to see you guys out there." He said. Everyone cheered for him, and he left out to follow Ricardo. Blake ran out after him, and stopped him before he got on the elevator.

" I need to know that you forgive me. I'm so sorry!" He said, a tear brimming in his eye.

Maxwell just looked at him and turned away. " Be sure to listen to the song I sing carefully." He said as the elevator doors closed.

Maxwell walked into the performing annex, and saw Ariel and Travis. They were already getting prepped for the performances and he was soon right with them. Travis just stared at him with a wicked look and Ariel looked far off in another world. They put makeup on Maxwells face and did his hair differently. Then he went to wardrobe and they gave him a daisy yellow button up long sleeve shirt, and white skinny jeans. They even have him white timberland boots to wear. His eyes were shining and stood out with his outfit. Ariel wore a long flowing red dress and black heels, her hair straightened and flowing down her back. Travis wore a blue turtle neck and black skinny jeans, with black dress shoes.

" So are you ready?" Travis asked Maxwell reaching out to shake his hand. Maxwell pulled back and didn't let him touch him. Something about his touch seemed to mess with people's ability to move.
