He's The Angel... And He's The Lucifer.

Author's Pov

Jungkook watched Jimin stepping out from his office, leaving him with his unlove fiancee alone. If you asked him, he badly wanted to pull Jimin to sit on his lap again but he knows he shouldn't. Moreover when Aíden is literally in front of them. Though he doesn't love the male, Jungkook still has respect for him.

"Why are you crying Gguk? Something bad that happened?" Aíden asked while marching towards him with a soft lookalike angel smile on his face, not once sounding as if he was doubting what Jungkook and Jimin had just done. The other unexpectedly lower down his gaze, unable to hide the guilt he feels for the fiancee.

Things like this are actually what made Jungkook hold himself back from telling Aíden the truth about him being Jimin's ex-lover. The older was too kind and lovely, it makes Jungkook feel ashamed of himself. If he tells Aíden now, the older will surely hurt; knowing his fiancee that claimed to love him, actually cheated on him with the ex-lover who– the funny thing is–doesn't even love him back.

It doesn't even worth cheating.

"Hey... Are you okay? Did something happen?" Aíden raised a question, concern clear in his voice as he kneeled down beside Jungkook and cupped the male's face; turned it upfront, facing him. Unlike Jimin, Aíden really respects people's space. He knows that when a person is under stressful situations, what they need is a space and that's what he's going to give to Jungkook. A personal space.

Aíden frowned grown wider when Jungkook suddenly burst out crying, caused him to stand up, about to ask what's wrong but got cut off immediately when the younger pulled his waist and hug him; hiding his face in his stomach and crying further. Unknowingly this vulnerable sight of Jungkook broke Aíden's heart as he wrapped his hand around the younger's head, letting the male's tears wet his newly bought expensive shirt.

"Shh... Everything going to be alright..." Aíden whispered weakly and caressed the younger's soft lock, feeling guilty and useless for not knowing the problem of his fiancee. 'Nothing going to be alright. I hate him!! I really do. But I love him too...' Jungkook shouted in his head, didn't have enough courage to say it out loud, knowing the words themselves will break Aíden's heart. Understanding how painful heartbreak is, Jungkook will never let his fiancee feel it.

Or so he supposed.

"I'm sorry..." Aíden whispered lowly, surprising Jungkook who immediately back away from the hug with thunderstruck facial expressions. "W-why did you apologize?" He asked, staring deep in the other eyes caused Aíden to chuckle; unable to handle the younger cuteness. He hold out his hand and wiped off the tears away and it would be a lie if Jungkook said he doesn't remember Jimin because he did.

Deep inside him... At the bottom of his heart, hope the one who wiped off his tears is Jimin and not Aíden. Yeah, he knows he just said he feels guilty for kissing Jimin behind the male and bla, bla, bla but– the heart wants what it wants. He couldn't control what his heart love. If you asked him, he wished that human hearts are like computers; which you can easily delete folders or anything you wanted to but no it's not.

It's far away from that because somehow... The hearts got their brains too.

"I apologized for not being able to make you feel better... Moreover, I don't even know what's the problem. I'm so useless this time." Aíden muttered truthfully and giggled a little bit, not knowing the answer only making Jungkook feel more culpable than he already was. "Did you finish eating yet? I'm going to clean it up. I have a meeting after this... Need to go." The older asked, pulling his body away from Jungkook's embrace.
