Truly, The Feeling Was More Than Explainable
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Author's POV
Jungkook is nervous.
Ever since they ended their little chatter at the restaurant, Jimin has never spoken any words after which makes him couldn't help but be worried and scared a little; wondering if he says something wrong to the other.
But judging from Jimin's face, the older one didn't look angry or annoyed but more like… deep into thoughts? Jungkook himself couldn't tell whether the sudden mood change was because of his careless action during the dinner or because Jimin was naturally like that. Though the male didn't complain about anything, it was enough to make him anxious as the silence was choking him.
He glanced to his left, seeing Jimin watching the beautiful sight of Seoul during the night as his crescent eyes glowed when the lights reflected but even so… Jungkook couldn't help but notice the dullness in them? No, it's not like the hazel color suddenly changed into black, that would freak him out too but more like when you looked at them, you could sense the emptiness hidden behind.
"Hyung, are you okay? You have been quiet since we left the restaurant. Did I do something wrong?" Jungkook asked, startled Jimin who was in deep thoughts as he glanced to his side and blinked a few times; trying to remember what the younger said earlier. "Ahh, it's nothing. I was just… thinking." Jimin explained, giving a forced smile that obviously didn't reach his eyes as he then looked outside the window again; ignoring the doubtful facial expressions he received from the other. He knows Jungkook sensed his lie, the face says it all but he's not going to talk about it.
Nor himself going to…
"Alright then. But just know, if you have anything, literally ANYTHING to talk about; you can come to me. We'll talk about it." Jungkook encouraged as Jimin nodded in return, still keeping his stares on the gray environment before he noticed the familiar neighborhood where he lives in which unconsciously made his lips curve into a pout; feeling an unsatisfied feeling growing inside after knowing he already reached his house.
He may not be going to admit this but deep inside him, he didn't want this to end. Why? Because he feels complete, he feels that emptiness inside him was now filled, he feels as if the missing puzzle was now placed on its spot; finishing the whole picture.
"We already arrived, hyung…" Jungkook alerted him, breaking him out from his reverie as Jimin glanced to his side and looked at the younger one who was patiently waiting for him to do something. "Umm… Thanks." He said awkwardly, not knowing what to do in the situation as Jungkook grinned and nodded while he moved out from the car and turned to the other side where the younger's opened window was.
"You're welcome, hyung…" Jungkook muttered and smiled widely at the end; showing his pair of bunny teeth that almost made Jimin squeal loudly; feeling himself nearly go crazy by the amount of cuteness. Let's be honest, even though you didn't love that someone; you can still find the person cute or beautiful, so that's what Jimin meant. The younger looked like a baby, it's impossible to not actually get crazy over his soft yet handsome features.
"K, then." Jimin answered simply and turned around, leading his way towards his house entrance; failing to notice Jungkook's hesitant expression from behind as he stepped away; leaving the other. The younger bit his lower lips anxiously, trying so hard to prevent himself from saying any words he would regret later as his doe's eyes followed the other silently from afar. He doesn't know why but something inside him didn't want to let Jimin go. Though he knows they will meet again tomorrow, he couldn't help but feel that way.
