"Seriously Robyn!" Roderick's booming voice echoes the room. He sighed in frustration as he clamped his eyes with a finger pointed at me.

At this moment, I felt the coldness engulfed me in his enormous room. I totally had no clue what the hell was going on as usual.

Once I sat on my working chair the first call I had received was from him instead of the cutie. His voice was grumpy.

Roderick was making a long sigh from his nose and I rather keep my smart-ass mouth shut to avoid fueling his rage.

He poked on the files as he said with gritted his teeth. "Look what have you done?"

I knew that face and tone. He was controlling his temper. To be honest, his temper already improved compared to the first few months I newly joined here.

I bend over to have a looked into the file as I unconsciously thought out loud, "I didn't do this. This is from Rachel."

"I know," he said.

What the F-

"What? Why did you tell me about this if you know that person wasn't me?" I asked in deadpanned as his face softened and shook his head.

"I suppose to call Rachel." he shook his head, "I have always mistaken you both because you two look alike."

I snorted at him, "We have so much different, Mr. King. She is tall and I'm short."

"But she also wearing glasses, long dark hair and fair skin. I was confused."

"No way, you gotta chill Mr. King," I said calmly.

He should have his goddamn eye test. He has always mistaken me was Rachel. I hate that.

"I'm sorry, okay. Get this file returned to her and tell her the mistake. I don't want to see a big crying baby in front of me in the morning. I need peace in mind."

I remember Rachel cried like a lunatic after Mr. King scolded her and he was having a headache after that.

"And go get me a coffee. Also, go get some cupcakes to eat." he pushed 50 bucks on the table toward me as I took it and said, "Okay, so white flat coffee and less sugar, right?"

He finally smiled and said, "Correct, smart girl."

"No problem. I'll get it to you later." I took the file, gave a nod, and left his room.

Once I stepped out of his room I blew out the breath from my lips with slumped my shoulder in relief. At least I wasn't the person who made the mistake. I swear he would roast me an hour if I was the one.

But, he always gave me 50 bucks to get a coffee to him after he scolded me. He always asked me to keep the change or get the food I like. Since he never want to take back the change, I just dropped the change as the tip.

I always bear in mind what my parents had told me. Things always give and take, and never take everything for granted.

"Are you alright?" my train of thought was cut off by my favorite voice, and I felt a hand gently rested on my shoulder.

I turned to the cutie as I eventually smiled, "I'm good. No worries."

Abigail's concerned face slightly disappears and her cute lips form a small smile, "I'm glad." she held the medium size container and said, "Umm... I attempt to bake spinach lasagna yesterday. I think it's good, and I'm thinking to ask you for a try.

"Sure. I won't decline any delicious food, except stinky tofu." I teased as I saw Abigail roll her beautiful ocean blue eyes with a smile.

"Stinky tofu isn't that horrible," Abigail chuckled and pointed at the container and said, "Honest feedback will be highly appreciated after you try."

"Of course, I am always being honest. Also, I'm quite demanding of food. Be ready for my judgment." I smirked.

She wrapped an arm around my shoulder and said, "That's why I'm looking for you to try this." with that, we left her level and ready went to the Heaven level.

"He's being ridiculous. Rachel and you have so much different." Abigail scoffed. "He never admits his fault, and he tried to brush it off. That's unfair to you."

Abigail's face slightly frown and she looked pissed. I gently patted her hand and said, "That's no biggie. He was just having a mood swing. I already get used to it."

"It's not okay at all," she muttered.

"Let's not talk about that menopause man. Let's enjoy our chef Gonzalez's masterpiece." I smiled at her.

She sighed as her face soften and she started serving the lasagna on my container.

I started eating after she had done shared the portion with me. Once the food touched my taste bud, I moaned as I nodded my head vigorously and said, "Wow! It's so delicious. Really"

Abigail face's lit up and asked, "Really?"

I swallowed the food and I said, "Yea, you got the talent. You're wifey material."

To be honest, even though baking lasagna ain't hard, but the effort and patience were needed and she did a great job. Somehow, I love it. So I didn't lie to her about the food she bake.

"Just a lasagna can be a wifey material?" Abigail chuckled and said, "I still have more to learn. This is my first attempt in cooking."

"Seriously?" I asked.

She hummed, "Yup. I should learn. At least I can cook a dish, better than nothing."

"You're amazing. I can tell you will be a great cook in the future. If you never tell me, I'll never know this is your first attempt at cooking. It's really good." I pointed to the lasagna.

I chuckled, "I think I should learn cooking too. I never cook since I stayed alone in here."

"Let's learn together then." Abigail beamed.

"Sounds like a plan." I smiled.
