"I assume you'll blush if a handsome man confesses to you." Roderick, our antagonist general manager chuckled and flashed he thought every girl so call a charming smile.

I had to play my role as I joined him and challenged him, "Are you sure about that, Mr. King?"

He rest an arm on my cubicle, played a smolder face, and said, "As my experience, the girls like you would be like that. Maybe you're an exception."

"Perhaps." I made a light shrug.

"Let's see." He smirked as he fully folded his arms on my cubicle and slightly leaned in closer.

I swear I was gonna choked by his thick Cologne. I know he gonna showtime again. Good luck to him. I was gonna second-hand embarrassing for him.

Well, that was not gonna happen. Do you think that's the smart idea to humiliate your boss? Here we go...

He made a devilish smile and said, "How can a man being negligent miss a chance to get a gem like you. But, that's not the matter. I am your only attention."

I fanned my face as I chuckled, "Wow! I can feel the warmth inside of my body. But, as you know the low temperature might not be so effective on my face so call tinted."

I heard light laughter echoing the room as I rest a hand on my chest and said, "At least here can feel it. Thank you for your kind words, Mr. King."

Roderick smirked at me as he clicked his tongue and said, "No one could resist my charm." he pulled away as he chuckle and indicate to me "See, that's the proof."

The murmurs erupted the room as some of them made a whistle and our boss grinned in victory.

He turned back and took a box of cupcakes handed to me and said, "Since you're liking and appreciate my charm, I'll gift you a little reward. Sweet and pretty girl like you deserve it." he winked at me.

As an employee of course I need to do my job as I said with a wide smile, "Thank you so much. That's lovely Mr. King. That's why many girls fall on you."

I politely claimed the box of cupcakes from him as he flashed his so call handsome smile and said, "Enjoy, beautiful." with that, he left and the room turned out like a wet market in a split second.

"Jesus, Robyn! You're so lucky," Fanny one of my colleagues said in envy as I took three cupcakes from the box and handed the remaining cupcakes to her.

Fanny's face lit up and squeal, "Seriously? The rest all mine?"

"Yup, these are enough for me." I indicated the three cute cupcakes on my table and smiled at her, "Enjoy!"

"Thanks! You're the best." Fanny grinned as she took the box of cupcakes from me and back to her cubicle.

I took a draft paper wrote a small note, scrunched it, and throw it next to me. Soon, Bruce's hand appear in front of my view, and wiggled his fingers. I chuckled as I playfully slapped his hand and put a cupcake on his palm.

He held the cupcake as he simply lift his thumb and left my view. I chuckled as I took the remaining two cupcakes and took a picture on my phone. I typed a short message and sent the picture along.

"Hey, are you a sweet tooth? Wanna take a short break?"

"Of course I am. Who isn't? The cupcakes are so tempting and I need them so badly. But, do you think that's a great idea now?"

"Good! It just takes you 5 to 10 minutes. It won't hurt."

"Okay, I'll try my best to get there in stealthy."
