"Fucking love this song," she mutters, stopping at a red light.
She lightly taps the steering wheel, humming along, whilst watching the traffic light change from to red to amber then from amber to green.
Oliver and Briarr decided to just go for coffee for their meet up and found a nice café at a halfway point between where the two live.
She lived just less than half an hour away from where he was staying.
Then the song pauses and her ringtone starts playing through the car's speakers.
Oliver :D is calling
[answer] declineShe presses answer and immediately speaks "Hello?"
"Hey, hi I might be late," he tells her, no beating around the bush at all.
"What? How come?" She asks.
Oliver laughs nervously "Let's just say I went for a long drive yesterday and completely forgot to refill the tank."
Briarr laughs mockingly "You're an idiot, it's fine I'll wait in my car until you get there."
"You don't have to."
"No, my drink will be cold by the time you arrive."
He chuckles "Fine, see you then."
"See ya."
The call ends and the song picks up where it left off, Briarr sings along quietly.
Eventually, she arrived and parks in the parking lot, looking around for him. He wasn't there yet of course.
She unbuckles her belt and pulls out her phone, turning on her mobile data. Immediately, notifications come rushing in.
Most of them were just random notifications from apps she doesn't even use, there were a few tweet notifications from Nick aswell.

It was a screenshot of a discord groupchat called 'The boys'.
But she still clicks like and then goes off of twitter and back to her notifications.
