The black and yellow walls loomed over the team as they walked closer to the gates of the nation. "WHAT IF WE HAVE TO FIGHT HER WILL?!"

"We won't ok."

"WE WILL! SHE SAID SHE IS WITH THEM CAN'T YOU SEE THAT?!"

Y/N's eyes widened and she squeezed Dream's hand, "Ugh I can't do this."

He rubbed her back and kissed the top of her head, "It's going to be ok." She nodded into his chest and turned back to the path as they walked up to the gates.

Wilbur and Tommy were stood upfront mid argument, Tubbo was stood behind them while Fundy and Eret watched their opposition stride up.

They all froze once they saw the Dream Team, Tommy stared at Dream who held a firm hand on Y/N. "L'manberg." He greeted.

"Dream." Wilbur nodded as his eye flickered from Dream to his sister.

"I see no white flags. War then?" Dream felt Y/N shuffle when Tubbo smiled at her, she smiled back awkwardly before looking at Wilbur again.

"War." Everyone jumped into a fighting stance. Y/N unsheathed her sword and held it in front of her face, bending her legs for support. The rest followed her actions with L'manberg holding iron and a few blunt diamond weapons, they wore scratched and chipped iron  armour that lay messily over them. Wilbur wore no armour with only a simple iron sword held at his side, he watched his sister aim at him and his team.

Y/N took a quick glance at Dream, his frozen smirk covered by the shining mask that balanced on his face, netherite armour placed perfectly over his body and green hoodie below the purple glow. He smiled at her kindly before turning back to L'manberg.

"Go."

Y/N charged forwards at Wilbur. The sound of clanging metal on metal ring around the nation encased in the tall brick walls. She hit his sword with hers, denting the simple metal slightly at her impact. "What are you doing?! Your with us!" She jumped from his swing and raced back into a hold inches from each other.

"I have to. I'm dating Dream and-" She was stopped by another yell of swears spewing from Tommy who fought George.

"He's manipulating you! Don't you see that? Come back to L'manberg." They released each other from their grip and stumbled back. Wilbur ran at her after balancing, forcing her to dodge his attack and swing back at his arm.

"No he's not!" Her face turned slightly red at the cheeks.

"You'r an idiot!" He snapped. Y/N stared dead faced at her brother, pushing her leg onto his stomach and kicking him away. She slashed her sword into his left leg and dropped his shield at her side.

More yelling and orders were called around L'manberg when all the L'manbergians sprinted out the gates and towards erets large tower that was near by.

Dream ran over to Y/N and pulling her into a light kiss, scanning her body for wounds or bruises once they pulled away.

"C'mon lovebirds lets go!" Sapnap pulled Y/N's arm making her start to run with him over to the tower.

The L'manbergians watched them carefully from above as they loaded bows and crossbows. "I can't believe we're fighting her." Tommy mumbled under his breath.

Tubbo places a hand on his shoulder, "me neither big T."

"THERE FIRING FROM BELOW!" Fundy screamed. Dream and Sapnap each held bows and harming arrows that pointed up at them.

L'manberg pointed their bows down and arrows started to fly through the sky. Y/N jumped away from a few that seemed to be aimed right at her.

Muffled yelling circled around them all as both Wilbur and Dream called orders to their teams. Y/N watched L'manberg start to clamber down the tower, she sprinted inside the tall cylinder of a building and followed her brothers jump from stair to stair on the way down. From her back, she pulled a shining bow with Infinity engraved on the side. She placed in front of her body and aimed up at the flimsy steps and pulled back the string.

Dream ran in behind her, panicked that he had  lost sight of her. She released the arrow and it flew into the joint of the stair to the wall that Fundy was just about to step on. It came crashing down to the hard stone ground next to Y/N. Fundy slipped and gripped the wall to stop himself as Wilbur looked down at the missing stair. They all missed Y/N run out the tower and over to Sapnap and George who both smiled proudly at her.

After a moment of panic, L'manberg we're now running out the tower and back towards L'manberg with the Dream Team following close behind. "FOLLOW ME!" Eret yelled to his team as he lead them around a corner and down a long tunnel.

Dream stopped and waited for a second then turned to Y/N who looked up at him confused, "erets betraying them. He's leading them to a trap!"

Her eyes widened and she gripped his arm quickly, "DONT kill them! They're still my brothers. Please." He sighed then nodded.

Dream grabbed her hand and lead them all to a trap door hidden in leaves. Pushing back the brush and opened the wooden hole. Y/N walked down the slim stone hallway when she was stopped by a thick obsidian wall and mumbles of words sounded behind it. She shuffled to hide behind Dream who held an arm around her shoulder as protection.

"It was never meant to be."
