(Caitlin's Apartment)

"So Frost's back." Cisco said from him place on the ground looking at the woman who was smirking at the three new arrivals, created a snowflake for them too see. Cisco broke out in a cheer standing up and hugging the woman. "Oh man, I am so glad!" Barry behind him laughed as Frost hugged him in return.

"Remember that this will be the only time I will let you hug me." Frost muttered hugging him back.

"I don't care, today is the best day of my life!" Cisco said as he motioned for Barry and pulled him for a three person hug. "We back, baby!"

"Glad to have you back, Frost." Ralph said as watching the three break the hug. "You don't know how much I missed your humor and attitude being the only sensible person in a room full of nerds."

"I can imagine." Frost said and then turned to look at Nora who was looking at her with a giddy expression. "And then there's someone new." She looked towards Nora.

"Oh sorry!" Nora began. "I am Nora, I am y...........his kid, I am from future and  can I hug you?" She paused looking at Frost who seemed a bit confused and bit taken aback, but nodded after a moment, and Nora was quick to hug her tightly. "This is so schway!" She cringed when she said that as others looked at her confused. "Oh man, I thought I got rid of that."

"So your his kid from the future." Frost stated, Barry was sure there was a bit of reluctance in her words that was masked. "By the way, how's future?"

"Great." Nora began then paused. "I mean there are few problems......well few would be putting it lightly, there are a lot of problems, but we'll just...... put that thing aside." Nora began to ramble, surprising the four other people in the room. She was somehow more happy and lighthearted than how she was yesterday, maybe she was coming to term with things that had happened.

"Nora." Barry said and Nora stopped. "Calm down!"

"Yes dad!" Nora said.

"Someone's chipper." Frost said before letting Caitlin back in control.

"We need to work on that, Frost." Caitlin muttered getting control back. "Otherwise it's going to be so annoying!"

"You work on that!" Caitlin heard Frost voice. "And I will get some rest in here."

"Why do you need rest?" Caitlin asks openly getting confused looks from others. "You've been sleeping in my head for months?"

"Wasn't sleeping." Frost reply came back. "Trying to get rid of whatever it was that DeVoe did." She paused. "Also talk silently, don't want others to think you are loony do you?"

Caitlin looked around to see that other were looking at her in confusion, except Nora.

"You were talking with......Frost?" She said and Barry looked at her in confusion. She was happy to speak with Caitlin much clearly than others, but whenever it comes to addressing her she was tripping over her words.

"Yeah." Caitlin answers. "She had been trying to get rid of the block that DeVoe put on us for sometime, I think 'this'." She points around herself, the room completely frozen. "Exhausted her the most."

"That reminds me." Cisco also looked around. "Why were you two not answering?!" He asks and both of them blushed deep red, remembering what they had been doing before the three came rushing in, before either Cisco or Nora could say anything, Ralph spoke up.

"We can speak about that later." Ralph said as he rubbed his arms. "Its a lot chilly in here and I will really like my fill of coffee back at S.T.A.R, extra hot!"
