"Here I am!", I said while putting on my safety belt.
"Good, there are many things we have to talk about. Tomorrow you'll be choosing some stage outfits with Emily for your Tour. And you better try some dresses for the Grammy Awards, too.", explained Brian while driving to the studio.
"Got it, clothes!
I wanted to ask uhm.. if it's possible that I can visit my mother anytime soon?", I asked."Yes of course next month, when you're doing a show in New York, we can make a quick visit to New Jersey. ", he replied.
"Um, yeah sure.", I said while exiting the car.
After greeting familiar faces in the studio, we sat by the table with my manager Brian, my Make-Up Artist and Stylist which was Emily and my producer Adam.
"We should show the world your incredible vocals. So let's do a ballad on the Grammy's!", Adam suggested.
"That's a good idea, so we can pick an elegant dress for Christina.", Emily added while rushing trough her blonde hair.
"Good, so we have that and we have to do some rehearsals for the Tour, which is in a month!", Brian mentioned.
"Yeah you guys should plan that first, it's so close and tomorrow we are going to pick some outfits.", said Emily and looked at me.
I nodded and she left the room.
"We definitely need a Piano on stage for Christina to play. And her band of course.", started Brian.
"Yeah, what else? Some special light effects for her dance songs?", asked Adam while rubbing his tired brown eyes.
Brian nodded and scribbled something into his book.
They always did this, collected some ideas and showed me them at the very end before calling people to get some sort of stuff they thought of. I didn't liked that actually, because I wanted to create my Tour myself. It was my business.
"I want some background dancers.", I said.
"Good idea, I thought of that too. Dancing, well we will need some little choreography.", Brian added.
"I'll take care of that, give me a week and three songs will have a choreography.", I replied.
"Okay, I'll call Lee-Ann, Helena, Max and Jason.", my manager answered and went to the phone.
I left the room and Emily came towards me and shared her thoughts about the outfits we were going to pick.
"I thought of some tight jeans, a cool top and some awesome jackets.", she started.
"Wouldn't that be too hot while performing and dancing?", I wondered.
"Yes you're right... Well, instead of jackets we could look out for some ripped or studded vests.", she replied.
"Yeah that sounds great. What about Make-Up?", I asked.
"I would suggest keeping it simple as always. The thick eyeliner and the nude lip will do just fine!", she answered.
I nodded and got myself some coffee.
"Christina!", said someone from behind and I turned around.
I recognized my good old background dancers who were supporting me while my first single 'Advice' came out and they danced perfectly on stage.
"It's really nice to see you guys again!", I called and the four hugged me.
"How long has it been?", Helena wondered.
"About four months?", replied Jason and smiled.
"So we are going three months on tour with you, huh?", Max grinned.
"I can tell, that this is going to be great!", Lee-Ann added and hugged me again.
"Yes I am really excited, and I want my fans to have a great time!", I started. "Are we going to give them a great time?", I asked while cheering a little.
"Yeah!", the four replied cheering.
"First we gotta freshen up the performance for 'Advice' and then think of some dance moves for the other songs.", I explained while going to our room for rehearsals with the others.
We played the songs over and over again. And after a couple of hours the dance for 'Advice' was a tiny bit different on some parts and we created a new dance for 'Not Fragile'.
It was almost 10 am when we decided to stop.
We were working so hard, that we had skipped lunch and dinner.
Brian waited for me to finish my work to give me a ride home.
"You know that I can drive myself, am I right?", I wanted to know.
"It's for your own safety, I don't want that any kind of Paparazzi tears you apart.", Brian replied.
"You're like the big brother I've never had.", I laughed.
Brian looked at me smiling and then looked back to the street.
It was very calming that someone took care of you. I haven't felt that way very often."There we are. Good night chart climbing monkey.", Brian said.
"Good night.", I replied smiling.
I waved at him and then opened the door to enter my house.
---
"I didn't wanted all this!", I shouted.
"But she died because of your selfish decision! She died because you ran away, because you were to weak!", my father called.
"She told me to go! She wanted a better life for me which wasn't under your brutal control!"
"You knew that she had cancer!", my brother Mark yelled.
"Yes, and I helped her with that way before you two! I always tried my best. I was a little girl and I wasn't able to do much but I tried! I've always loved her and I still do! Things would have been different if you father, would have accepted me! Did you really had to beat a child for no reason? Your child? And if so, why just me? But that wasn't the most pain I have felt because of you. It was the fact that you never loved me. You never showed me the love I deserved and so did you with your wife, my dear mother!", I cried and looked at my mothers grave.
"She deserved better people than us, a better husband than you, father!", I screamed.
"I can't stand your big mouth anymore!", my father said and walked up to me with anger in his eyes. He wanted to beat me.
A shot was fired and my father stopped. He was shot dead by Brian. My fathers body fell down to the ground.
"I just want you to be safe.", Brian called and the policemen took him away.
---
I opened my eyes, my whole body was covered in sweat and I was crying.
"Thank god, it was just a nightmare.", I whispered.
"A horrible one.", I added.
