T E N:

One month later

AALIYAH:

"Ant, will you stop complaining? You and I will have fun here, and you needed to get away from that hoe anyway."

"Liyah, it's too damn cold here! And chill cause my girl ain't a hoe."

"She slept with my boyfriend last year!"

"She was drunk, man damn. Let that shit go."

"Three times!"

"Ok, Liyah."

"Oh, and her being intoxicated makes it alright?"

"Bruh, you and Chris aren't even together anymore."

"But you're still with her."

Anthony shook his head and sighed, looking for his bag to come down the belt as we stood in the LaGuardia airport. I already had my bag, and I just wanted to hurry because Victor was supposed to be picking us up at 3. It was 3:18.

"I love her, and she loves me. Everybody moved on except for you, and it's sad." Anthony turned to me.

"You're defending your cheating girlfriend, you know that right?"

"Whateverrrrrr! Can we just enjoy this birthday gift you got for me?" He looked at me as I turned away. I felt his hands go arond my waist. He tickled me, making me burst into a fit of giggles.

"Okay, ok!" I surrendered, pushing him away. He pulled me in for a hug, and kissed me all over the face.

I just stood and took it. When you grow up with an older brother ten years older than you, you learn to not fight the love because you can't win when they're taller and stronger than you.

An old couple walked by and smiled at us. "You guys are so cute. Reminds me of Jim and I during our younger days, right hun?" The lady turned to her husband, smiling up at him.

He rolled his eyes slightly. I guess she does this often to random couples she sees. But the part that frightened me was that Ant and I are most definately not a couple. Jim pulled his wife away, making us laugh. He let me go as my phone buzzed.

"Us a couple?" he gagged, making me laugh. "Hell nah, cuz."

Vicky pooh: I'm in the front.

"Ooh, come on."

I grabbed my suitcase and his luggage, dragging him out of the airport.

THIRD PERSON POV:

There were wild curls all over Odell's bare chest, scaring him as his eyes fluttered open. He looked down at the person, then looked around. He was confused. The last thing he remembers is getting a couple drinks with Vic, which turned into more than a couple, which turned into a whole tray of shots.

He slid the girl off of him, sliding out the bed. The girl rolled to other side, still in a deep sleep. Odell zombie-walked to his bathroom, getting ready to take a shower. He steeped into the shower, lettiing the warm water trickle down his toned naked body.

Victor's words were encouraging, but they weren't enough to get Alizae completely out his mind. But, if she did come back, he wouldn't let her. Now, that's its been twenty four hours, it still hurts like it just happened thirty seconds ago. And that's the only thing with him. The wound is still fresh.

He started thinking about Alizae again. The curves on her body, her full lips. He'd everything and more to have her back, but at the moment he was angry at her for actually leaving him for someone. It's just now getting through his skull that she cheated on him. He doesn't know for how long, it's still the same thing.
