Trucy could feel the stress level of the deviant increase as it opened the file. For a second only the GK700 coud only see static, before the scene slowly materialised. The quality was still static, but it always was as visual lenses portrayed reality a bit differently than objectives designed for human eyes. When everything cleared up it realised it was in Carlos Ortiz' kitchen, with the owner standing at the doorway.

"I'll teach you to look me in the eye..." Ortiz came dangerously close with a baseball bat in his right hand. Not yet... Trucy sped up the memory, the man's form chased the android until it grabbed a knife and slashed. Ortiz stumbled backwards, and the android followed him, until something red caught Trucy's attention, it immediately froze the memory.

It was in the edge of its vision, next to the TV — big amount of red ice. It was untouched, not spilled all over as they had found it. This meant someone after the death of Ortiz came inside the house. Trucy resumed the file and watched as two hands repeatedly stabbed the man who was already dead. Then the android threw the knife and hid in the attic.

Trucy pulled back from the memory filed, irritated that it missed the opporfunity to learn the identity of the client or clients. At least it got to know someone entered the house and tempered with the drug, so it was safe to assume Carlos Ortiz really was a dealer. Now the question only was if Trucy should continue probing or let it be.

Mission FAILED

"We're done." Connor announced as soon as Trucy walked back to it, the RK800 stood up from its chair and made eye contact with the female model for a second before it gestured to it with the slightest tilt of its head to follow it. The synthetic skin retraced from Connor's hand as it was about to unlock the door, when a loud noise echoed in the room — the HK400 was smashing its forehead againts the hard steel desk. The two prototypes stared at the deviant until the three humans from the observation room rushed inside, surrounding the malfunctioning machine.

"Stop it, goddamnit!" Detective Reed was the first to snap out of the initial shock, he harshly shoved Officer Miller towards the deviant. He grabbed the HK400 in an attempt to hold it still, but an android was much stronger than any human — he was powerless.

"I... I— I can't.. I can't stop it!" Officer Miller replied, it was clear he was panicking. He looked to the other more experienced humans in the room for further advice, but they stared back with the same wide eyes.

"That's enough. You need to stop that, right now!" The order came from Connor, an android, but Officer Miller obeyed immediately. He let go of the deviant and franctically searched for the key to the lock that kept the HK400's hands bound to the desk, and as he bent down to unlock it, the deviant suddenly stopped slamming its head againts the now blue stained desk and—

Two gunshots disprupted the noise, and everything became quiet. Two shots were fired — two bodies fell. Officer Miller staggered backwards in shock, his dark uniform was stained with thirium.

"Holy shit.." Lieutenant Anderson muttered as he rose from cover, his eyes first found the lying body of the destroyed deviant, the blue blood slowly created a pool around the wound. Then his eyes went to where it had fires before it shot itself, and another body greeted him, the body of Trucy. The GK700 was shot in the head, its blue blood running down the dark wall behind it. It was destroyed, unlike the RK800 standing next to it, looking back and forth the two bodies with a slight frown on its face.
