"—managed to identify Ortiz' client. It was a middle-aged man, called Todd Williams. He lives in the Ravendale district, and has a criminal background. We should investigate at his house first, before we move on to the sex clubs." Trucy finished summarising the events of the night, and the result seemingly pleased its partners. Detective Dahlia let out a relieved sigh, and her husband stopped fiddling with the pen — he looked even more curious.
"Then we should hurry to this Todd William, and see for ourself." The man suggested to his partners, who agreed with him. The three stood to their feets and got ready to leave for work, when they saw Connor rudely pinned againts the wall by a visibly angered Lieutenant Anderson, and Officer Miller stepping in. The older man then stormed off, grumbling colourful words under his breath.
"Uhh... Connor, right?" Detective Dahlia looked at the RK800 for validation, and as it nodded she continued. "What was that? I've never seen Hank that pissed off in a long, long while — unless he was near the Captain — but that doesn't count."
"I tried to motivate the Lieutenant to work. He got assigned to all cases involning androids, and we just got a fresh report from Todd Williams that he got assaulted by his android. We are currently heading there." Connor explained the situation with a level head, the only indicator that it was affected by the Lieutenant's outburst was its now creased jacket — which Trucy eyed with disdain.
"Really..? Well, we happen to head to a certain Todd Williams ourselves, so why don't we go there together?" Detective Myers chimed in with a mischevious grin on his face, and the RK800's LED began slowly blinking. It was deciding on wheter Lieutenant Anderson and it should show up together with Trucy and its partners, but the thinking was cut short as it glanced at the female model.
"Of course. I won't hinder the progression of your case."
