Todoroki has always had a problem with reacting to things. Due to his past he isn't able to react like a normal person would to a joke or to a confession.
Even then, somehow, love has its ways.

Todoroki was pulled away from the class by Bakugo who wanted to talk to him. Once Bakugo slowed down, Todoroki opened his mouth to speak. "What's wrong?" Todoroki asked. "I mean.. Ugh, this is so stupid...." Bakugo muttered to himself. "Hey, I doubt that it's stupid if you went out of your way to pull me over here, alone with you." Todoroki explained. Bakugo looked at Todoroki, and his eyebrows furrowed even more.
"We're dating, right?!" Bakugo asked, yelling.

Todoroki's face was tinted red. He struggled to answer the question. "OI, HELLO?" Bakugo yelled also a shade of red. "If you want to, yes." Todoroki said. "What do you want?!" Bakugo asked frustrated. "I want to be with you." Todoroki said slowly turning to face Bakugo. "I-I.. WELL I DO TOO!" Bakugo yelled pointing at Todoroki.
"You.. Want to be with you?" Todoroki asked confused. "YOU IDIOT! I WANNA BE WITH YOU!" Bakugo yelled in frustration. Todoroki stared at Bakugo with a soft smile. "HEY, WHAT'S WITH THAT FACE, HALF N' HALF?!" Bakugo yelled. "It's nothing." Todoroki said scratching the back of his head. "DON'T TELL ME IT'S NOTHING! WHY'RE YOU SMILING?!" Bakugo yelled. "Because.. I'm happy." Todoroki said smiling a bit more. "Ae- AE?!" Bakugo blushed a dark red. "Bakugo, are you okay?" Todoroki asked, worried. Bakugo breathed in and out. "MEET ME AT MY DORM TONIGHT!" Bakugo yelled running off. Todoroki's smile stayed plastered on his face as Bakugo left his sights.
