Todoroki has always had a problem with reacting to things. Due to his past he isn't able to react like a normal person would to a joke or to a confession.
Even then, somehow, love has its ways.

Todoroki knocked on Bakugo's door. Bakugo slowly opened it. He seemed to be more angrier than the usual but Todoroki didn't know this was because he was nervous. As they sat down on Bakugo's bed, Todoroki looked at Bakugo, waiting for him to speak. Bakugo only looked down, seemingly angry. "Did I upset you? I want to know, I- Todoroki was interrupted. "No! No, you didn't do anything, you idiot.." Bakugo muttered. "Why are you so angry, then?" Todoroki asked. Bakugo stared at Todoroki.
"I.. I don't wanna talk about it but.. It's not you!" Bakugo yelled, not wanting to tell Todoroki, that he was nervous. "Are you sure?" Todoroki asked. "Of course, I'm sure!" Bakugo yelled. It was quiet for a minute. Todoroki was feeling a bit uncomfortable with the silence. He went to speak but instead of doing so he was pushed onto Bakugo's bed.

"Ah! Bakugo?" Todoroki's eyes widened, set on Bakugo who had him pinned down on the bed. "Why do you make me so crazy?!" Bakugo yelled. "Did I do something wro- Bakugo's face inched closer to Todoroki's, and as their lips touched Todoroki and Bakugo could feel all of their worries fade away.
Todoroki was wide eyed at first but slowly melted into the kiss, closing his eyes. Slowly Bakugo went from kissing to biting Todoroki's skin. Todoroki moaned softly at every touch.

Bakugo continued to mark his boyfriend. He then paused for a minute. Bakugo looked at Todoroki who was an utter mess. "Is this.. Okay..?" He asked, concerned. Todoroki looked into Bakugo's eyes. "Mhm." He cooed. Bakugo then continued to caress him and kiss Todoroki. Todoroki wrapped his arms around Bakugo holding onto him breathing heavily. Bakugo then reached his hand placing it onto Todoroki's lower area causing Todoroki to moan louder. "Ahh, Ba-Baku- Ghk-.. I.." Todoroki tried to speak, he had never felt aroused before in any sort of way like how he was right now. Bakugo breathed down his neck and sent shivers down Todoroki's back.
After a bit Bakugo stopped and laid down on his back next to Todoroki who was staring at Bakugo. Bakugo faced Todoroki. "Why did you stop?" Todoroki asked still breathing heavily. "I don't wanna move too fast.. And... You haven't done anything like this before, have you?" Bakugo asked. "No.. I mean, have you?" Todoroki asked confused. "Not with anyone else.. But I mean...... Nevermind." Bakugo said coming to the conclusion that Todoroki had never masturbated before. 'How is that even possible?!' Bakugo asked himself. He brushed off the thought.
Todoroki and Bakugo still shared eye contact. Todoroki then scooted over next to Bakugo, hugging him. "W-Wha- hmph.." Bakugo became a bit flustered. After a bit of cuddling Bakugo noticed that Todoroki had fallen asleep. He smirked and shut off the lamp. "Goodnight, Todoroki.." He hesitated before kissing him softly. He then closed his eyes hugging Todoroki. Finally, Bakugo could explain why he loved Todoroki. He made him go crazy with how obvious he could be but he's also caring and selfless, not to mention that his looks are perfection. Even a scar looks good on him. He didn't judge Bakugo harshly like everyone else did. He was sorta refreshing. He made Bakugo feel... Safe without feeling weak for the most part.
