Chapter 2

                                                                                Third Person POV

        Ezra arrived at the academy nervous something would go wrong. He was lost in thought. What if something goes wrong? What is they find out i'm a rebel? What if? He was interupted, he had just walked into someone. "I'm so sorry, are you okay?" He asked. He knocked over a girl about his age. She had long brown hair and deep blue eyes, he was drawn to her. Ezra extended his hand to help her up. "Yea, i'm fine." She said taking his hand and standing up. " I'm Sapphire." "I'm Dash."

                                                                                Sapphire's POV       

        Dash was a unique name I thought. Dash was cute but not my type he seemed to ordinary, of course I was the only girl her. He helped me pick up the papers I dropped and we walked to the registration desk together. "Sapphire you will be in group 3.2 please go get your uniform from your room. "Dash you will also be in group 3.2 please go get your uniform from your room." Dash and I walked down the hall and to the elevator. "So why did you decide to become a cadet?" I asked him. "My family needed the extra money." He replied. "Why did you?" He asked me. " Same as you needed the extra money." It was a lie, I didnt need the money I just hated the Empire. I wanted intell. I wasnt able to tell Dash then he would blow my cover,  he just wouldn't understand. The elavator stopped and I walked to my room. "Looks like we're in the same room." Figures they'd put boys and girls in the same room, not many girls join the Empire. I walked over to my bunk. I was on the top all the way in the left corner farthest from the door but closest to the bathroom. Dash was in the far right corner, right across from me. "If you ever need me, i'm the red." Ezra said showing me his helmet. "I'm blue."  It was my favorite color there were so many different shades. Another girl walked into the room apparently she was on the bottom of my bunk. Dash and I left after we put on our uniforms and went to the cafeteria. The food wasnt that great but at least it was something. Dash and I sat at a table in the corner. Dash was staring off into space. "Dash?" Why isnt he answering. "Dash?" I said a little louder this time still nothing. "DASH!" His eyes shot up and looked at me. "Are you okay?" I asked him. "Yea I'm fine." I looked at his plate he hadnt eaten anything, his food seemed to be cold. I took his tray and slid mine to him. He looked up confused. "Dont worry, I didnt eat any of it." How does he eat so fast? I watched him staring off into space and I just stared at him. Well he is kinda cute and really sweet. No Sapphire focus, your here for one reason and one reason only, to get intell to use against the Empire..... and of course cause them trouble. I heard Dash whisper something. "Yea, I'm going to get it in the afternoon, so leave me alone."

                                                                Dash's POV

        "Ezra when are you gonna get the decoder?" I heard Kanan say through my earpiece. "Yea, I'm going to get it in the afternoon, so leave me alone." I whispered as quietly as possible but loud enough so they could hear. "What?" I heard someone say I looked up. "Oh, nothing." I said. I hope she doesnt find out. There's something about her, something different. A feeling, the one I get when I'm with Kanan. But stronger. She was beautiful, her long light brown hair that flowed down her back, her deep blue eyes that sparkled in the light, and her smile it was beautiful. I heard giggling. "What?" I asked. "What?" She looked confused. I realized it was Sabine talking through my earpeice. "Ezra stop staring at her." I look of confusion appeared on my face. "I can see you, just making sure your staying on task. Apparently not." "There's no windows." I said. "Wow there arn't I never noticed before." Sapphire said. I felt someone tap my shoulder, it was Sabine she looked different. She dyed her hair a lighter shade of brown than mine and her eyes were now blue. I stared at her wide eyed. "Hello to you to." She took a seat next to me. "Hi, I'm Sapphire." Sapphire extended her hand across the table. "Sabine." They shook hands and sat back down. I leaned and whipered in Sabine's ear "What are you doing we're undercover." "Havnt you ever noticed the Empire always calls me the mandalorian girl?" She whispered back smirking. "Oh yeah." I said this time not whispering.

                                                                Sapphire's POV

        Why are they whipering? Maybe their dating? I looked up from my tray and back and them. Sabine was smirking. "Oh yeah." Dash said. Sabine started laughing at him. "Are you guys dating?" I asked them regreting it after it slipped out. They both looked at me. Dash started opening his mouth but Sabine cut him off. "Yes." Sabine said. Dash looked shocked.

A/N: Sorry about not updating, I've been busy with school work. English state tests are coming up next week so I've had essays for homework. Now I'm on spring break so I'm gonna update as much as possible.
