Chapter 16

Saturday night had Sasuke waiting in the parking lot of Anbu. He leaned on the side of his car, waiting for Neji to appear so they could go into the club together. He felt the corner of his lips twitch into a small smile.

Ever since dinner with his parents, Sasuke caught himself smiling to himself whenever his thoughts trailed on Naruto. He didn't mind it.

"Hey." He looked up to see the brunette walking towards him. He pushed himself off of his car and nodded in greeting. "How'd dinner with your parents and Naruto go?"

"It actually went pretty well." They began to walk towards the club. "We made it official. Naruto and I are boyfriends."

Neji stops, causing Sasuke to stop as well and raise an eyebrow. Neji smiles brightly at him. "Congratulations! It's about time, too." He began to walk again and they continued their walk.

"Now you and Gaara got to make it official." The raven said with a smirk.

"I already got it in the bag." Neji smirked back. "By Monday, Gaara will officially be mine."

Sasuke let out a chuckle. "Good, I hope to hear so."

They reached the door and as Sasuke pulled the door open, the music pounding loudly, Neji let out a laugh. "What?" Sasuke asked, confused.

"Who would've thought that you'd be the one in a relationship first?" Neji chuckled to himself.

Sasuke smirked back. "Hn. Definitely not me."

They finally entered the club, making their way to the back and to their usual spot. They got closer to see that Sakura, Ino, Kiba and Hinata were already there. Sasuke narrowed his eyes as he also spotted Suigetsu.

They approached the table and before they even sat down, Neji smirked at the group. "Naruto and Sasuke are officially dating!"

Sasuke rolled his eyes as he pulled out a chair and sat down. Immediately, Ino and Sakura squealed loudly.

"Congratulations, Sasuke." Hinata smiled at him.

"Naruto can do so much better." Suigetsu said, his arms crossed. Kiba nodded along next to him, agreeing wholeheartedly.

Sasuke glared at the two men who were sitting across from him before his eyes settled on Suigetsu. "Who even invited you here anyways?"

Suigetsu smirked at him, leaning further back in his spot. "I told you I was going to join your group. You should've expected it."

"Anyways," Sakura interrupted what she thought was a pointless conversation. She rolled her eyes before giving her full attention to Sasuke, a sickly sweet smile on her face. "Tell us the details of how you two got together!"

Kiba groaned loudly and covered his ears with his hands. "I don't want to hear the details! It's only going to be about sex, anyways."

"Actually," Neji spoke up, a mischievous smirk on his face. "They spent the whole weekend together and didn't have sex. Not even once."

The whole table erupted into sounds of disbelief and Sasuke felt himself beginning to get irritated. He gave them all a sneer.

A light touch on his shoulder, and a familiar scent suddenly eased away his irritation and he visibly relaxed. A chaste kiss was placed on his temple and Naruto sat down in the seat next to him.

Hinata, Ino and Sakura all collectively awed at the newly announced couple.

Gaara sat beside Neji and Ino's blue eyes instantly gazed at the pair. "So," she placed her chin in her palm as she leaned her elbow onto the table and waved her eyebrows suggestively. "When will you and Neji get together?" She asked boldly.
