Neil pov

I was sitting in my bed reading a book when a heard a big bang from outside max was asleep so he didnt here it i walked over to the window and figured out the sound was lightning and thunder rain then started to fall hitting the window and the thunder and lightning got louder and i think that woke max up cuz a second later i heared him shuffiling around the bed and a small yawn

Neil:(that was adorable-No neil dont think like that you jhst met!)

I walked over to see if he really was awake

Neil:Hey ma-

I was interrupted by more thunder and lightning max then shot up and latched on to me

Neil:gah-max whats wrong are you ok?!

After my sentance was finished max looked up at me he looked terrified.Then more lightninh struck and he buried his face in my chest.

Neil:(is he afraid of thunder and lightning?or maybe a phobia of loude sounds?)

It was clear to me max wasent letting go anytime soon so i ended up having to pick up to smaller male where once again i realise how light he is. I went on to my bed and lied down max still in my arms he looked terrified.

Neil:(i should probably stay with him until the storm passes which isnt to bother some since were cabin mates(

Neil:Max are you ok?

Max: .....

Neil:its ok we can talk when you calm down

I gave him a reasuring smile after that which seemed to calm him a bit beacause i noticed he relaxed his body more

Neil:just sleep for now
