I was on my way to the Hotel in Bahrain with Max, I sat in the front passenger seat, with only my right airpod so I could still hear Max. I looked out of the window, it was already dark and you could see the white lit stars. It was beautiful. I leaned my head against the window and looked at the road. The hotel was 20 minutes from the track.

"And, what have you been up to today during the sessions and interviews?" Max turned his head a little towards me.

"Nothing" I said, shrugging my shoulders.

"So you've been sitting still the whole time?" Max said with a grin.

"No, of course not." I shook my head and sat up straighter.

"Tell me I'm waiting" he responded

"I met Charlotte Sine, I don't think you know her personally" I smiled and turned my head to Max.

"Ah, yes I saw her once and is she nice?" I could tell from his voice that he was genuinely interested.

"yes, tomorrow we're going to have breakfast together"

When Charlotte followed me on Instagram, she DMed me. She wanted to have breakfast with me tomorrow morning. I immediately said yes, it would be nice to talk to each other again and get to know each other better.

"nice to hear" Max nodded and smiled.

A little later Max parked his car in the parking lot in front of the Hotel. Max took his bag out of the trunk while I unfastened my seatbelt. I grabbed my purse that I had placed between my legs. I was just about to open the door when Max did it for me.

"Thank you." I nodded and got out.

I walked with Max towards the Hotel. Max carried his black backpack on his back. I had my laptop pressed on my stomach so it wouldn't fall. I also had to study while traveling. I was allowed to take the classes online, and only had to study, and sometimes following lessons.

Max and I walked into the Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and we had privacy. Almost no fans could come, which also gave peace of mind. The hotel room was nicely modern, in the lobby there was a beautiful marble fountain. Together we walked to the counter, Max and I shared a suite in the Hotel.

I wanted to request an extra pass for myself, because I know that Max sometimes forgets the most important things. Luckily I'm organized in most things, so often I bring the important stuff for Max and I.

Arriving at the counter there was no one to help us. It was a high wooden counter, with gold edges. I waited patiently as I put my hands on the counter, I stood on my toes a little bit to have a better look. The wait took longer than I thought, it was a five star hotel but there was no staff? I wanted to hit the gold glittering bell so they knew I was waiting. I didn't want to seem impatient so I waited a little longer, meanwhile I ate the chocolates that were in a chic white jar. God they were delicious. It was milk chocolate, with caramel filling.

"Hey, other people should be able to eat it too" Max grinned and winked.

"I'm hungry" I said as I shoved more chocolates into my mouth. "Do you also want some?" I rummaged through the jar of chocolates and pulled out a few.

"No thanks, I have to watch my weight remember" Max rubbed his hand over his stomach while he laughed.

"Oh yes I forgot fat man" I put my hand over my mouth because I couldn't contain my laughter.

"Says the one who eats all the chocolates from the jar" Max leaned against the counter.

Max and I chatted for a while, when my patience really ran out. I had already rang the bell several times, but no one came. I decided to come back alone later, and go to our suite with Max now, I had some school work to do after all.

I was in the elevator with Max on our way to the suite where Max and I were staying for the next few days. It was a large and high hotel, all drivers stayed overnight on the 33rd floor. When the steel-grey, yet luxurious, doors of the elevator opened, a few drivers were in the hallway. I knew the names, they probably didn't know mine.

The walls were white, with marble edges. If you walked to the end of the corridor you saw the beautiful view. It was dark now, which made it even more beautiful. You could see the lights from above, it was very calming. I stared out the glass window while Max was talking to some drivers. Max had introduced me before that, but then I walked away because I didn't understand what they were saying. It was about data, and all that stuff.

I was in my own world when someone tapped me on the back. Startled and confused, I turned around.

"Hey, how are you doing?" It was Lando, he had his smile on his face which put my heart at ease.

"I'm okay, I just need to study a bit" I looked at my shoes and bit my lip slowly. Lando stared at me with a grin on his face. "H-how are you?" I asked.

"I'm fine, are you good at studying?" He laughed nervously.

"No and yes" I said with confidence.

he started laughing "okay, in which part is it yes and which part no"

"Well, I'm pretty good at organizing, only learning is less" I sighed.

"Well, I'd really like to help you but I have to say I'm not the best in school either" he looked into my eyes. "but I'm happy to help you with things I'm good at"

"At least I know who not to call if I need help with school" I chuckled shyly.

"You can always call me for anything but that" he chuckled.

I was just about to say something back when Max mixed up our conversation. He greeted Lando, and told me it was convenient to go. Indeed, I still had to study a lot, and I wanted to be completely free from studying on Sunday. I gave Lando a hug, which was very uncomfortable, before going to my suite.
