"We can't believe that traitor!" Mister Willburn was shaky and breathed heavily. The man held something slightly reminding me of a huge grass blade. It was a sword, which the teacher used quite often during his combat classes. It was just as good as the metal one, Mike got from his teacher.

The bright green plant kept growing around the dark crystal, consuming it fully. It couldn't do anything to the glassy material, though.

"Aaron, calm down." Miss Kilijanek was the one to stand up against the teacher next. It seemed weird to her, the way Mister Willburn behaved in that situation.

"I am calm." He gripped his sword tight with two hands, and then touched the plant that immediately grew over the crystal completely.

"Mike is the student of Fortressmain, he didn't do anything to you." The female teacher covered the boy with her body but Mike had no intention to stand down.

"You know how brainwashing Tomas can be." Now it looked like Mister Willburn was scared. He spoke quickly and shook his head.

"Tomas was always like this but he never once betrayed us." Miss Kilijanek knew, any move right now would be a trigger for the man and he'd start attacking.

Mike, however, could not let those commentaries be thrown into the direction of his teachers. The boy was ready to leat out his opinion as well but noticed the woman's hand raised. She wanted to let him know about how dangerous it was.

"He killed innocent. Don't ignore that." Mister Willburn spoke up again and immediately took an attack pose.

"If anything, Mister Willburn only wants sorcerers to be recognized." The boy could not stay quiet. It was a good intention, just terribly realized. They talked about that over and over again and Mike was grateful for those meaningful conversations.

"At this point, it's not about who betrayed whom." Miss Kilijanek noticed that the male teacher turned even redder. He really wasn't behaving differently compared to his usual self. "It's either we all die from the cause of instability or at least try to do something." The woman knew there couldn't be any conflict within, so only tried to reason the man in front of her.

"Sorcerers should stay in the shadow. The world is not ready to witness the power." Mister Willburn was brought up his thoughts. "That what caused disbalance a long time ago."

"We can't live by our past." Mike could not agree. He took a step closed and created a cubic portal, getting another sword out of it.

"You stay quiet, it's not a game." The teacher sliced the air with his sword, threatening the student.

"Call off the plant." The boy was now prepared for the battle as well. He did not care about the consequences of the fact that the teacher would be his opponent.

"Don't be ridiculous." Mister Willburn suddenly chuckled a bit. "You are still a student, Mike."

"You want him dead because you are afraid of him. You are afraid, of what he can bring to the story." The boy spoke confidently and his eyes turned completely white. Now the boy was reading the person in front of himself like an open book.

"Aaron?" Apparently, Miss Kilijanek had absolutely no idea about something like that happening.

"I-" The teacher wanted to say something but the masked boy interrupted him again.

"It was not Esma who sent the curse onto Hoover. You did it with your fantom plants." He couldn't help but giggle. Now it was all obvious to him. "After what Esma did there, Mister Willburn got scared, his experiments will be unfolded." The boy's voice turned from serious to excited as he was happily finishing the phrase, sending shivers down Miss Kilijanek's spine.
