"huff huff", i pant in exhaustion. maybe  running 8 km back from school every single day isnt exactly the best idea.

i have a very simple exercise plan.

step 1. run at least 5 km every single day
step 2. do a shit ton of push ups, sit ups, and squats every single day

i know that it doesnt seem realistic, but that was only because it absolutely isnt. theres no way i can fit this much things into my already busy schedule. so, i do the only thing i can. do it when im supposed to be sleeping. 

its the perfect plan.

day 1

i head off to "bed". after i make sure my parents are asleep, i roll of my bed and land in a pile on the floor. this may look like a accident, but in this position, i will be able to strategically flip over and start my pushups.

it takes me a good half an hour to do my very first pushup. however, by the time im done, i think ive lost a good 10 kg. satisfied, i roll into bed.

the next morning i get up and look at the mirror. i look amazing. my ball shaped body now looks egg shaped!

this will definitely work.
