Grimmbusters II preview: Courtroom Brawl

When it cae time to sentence Neptune, Jaune, and Ren, the judge sighed.

"Jaune Arc, Neptune Vasilias, Lie Ren, stand up! Get up!" The judge shouted. "You too, Mr. Pine."

Oscar stood up as well.

"I find you guilty on all charges.. You'll be paying fines in the amount of 25,000 Lien each and sentenced to 18 months at the city correctional facility on Riker's Island." The judge stated

Neptune noticed that the jar of pink slime was twitching and bubbling.

"Hey Ren, it's twitching." Neptune points out

"I'm not finished!!!" The udge shoted before going on a personal rant

The more of the rant the judge went on, the more the slime bubbled up.

"Uh....your honor..." Ren starts

"Shut up!!" The judge intercepted before going back on his rant

"Your honor, this is important!" Jaune stated, raising a hand

However, the judge simply ignored Jaune and continued with his rant as the slime bubbled more.

"Yes sir." Neptune starts

"Be quiet." The judge intercepted

"But-" Neptune adds, pointing at the jar of slime

The judge continued with his rant. While bubbling, the lid on the jar with the slime popped off and began leaking out onto the table, but luckily not touching any of the equipment on the table.

As the wind began picking up, Ren, Jaune, and Neptune ducked down under the table. When Oscar got why they did that, he ducked down under the table as well.

"...and have you BURNED AT THE STAKE!!!" The judge finally finished with his anger fueled rant

Just then, there was some sort of eplosion from the slime and in the room, two glowing blue ghosts staticing with electricity appeared. They also appeared to be in a ghostlike version of the Electric Chair.

"Wow!!" Neptune exclaimed

The judge instantly knew who the two ghosts were.

"Oh my gods, The Scoleri Brothers!!" The judge exclaimed

The two ghosts popped out of the chair and dove at the judge only for him to jump over the counter and land by Neptune, Ren, Jaune, and Oscar.

"The Scoleri Brothers!!!!" The udge exclaimed

"Friends of yours??" Neptune asked

"I trailed them for murder!!"" The judge explained. "Gave them the chair!"

The two ghosts then flew over to the table.

"You gotta do something!!" The judge pleaded

"Why don't you tell them you don't believe in ghosts??" Ren proposed

Just then The Scoleri Brothers lifted up the table, prompting Ren, Jaune, Neptune, Oscar, and the judge ran behind a wall as the table was tossed.

The judge slammed on the door behind the wall but it dind't open.

"You gotta do something!!!!" THe judge pleaded with Neptune. "Help me!!"

"Don't talk to me." Neptune stated. "Talk to my attorney."

Oscar then stepped over and said, "That'd be me. My clients are still under a judicial restraining order. If they do their old job while under the restraining order, they could be exposing themselves!"

"And you don't want us exposing ourselves!" Jaune adds

Just then, a chair flew right through the wall, breaking it.

"Alright, alright, I lift the order!!! Case dismissed!!!!" The judge snapped. "Now do something!!!"

Jaune, Neptune, and Ren walked out to the equipment and one by one put on their old proton packs.

"You know, it's been a couple years since we used this stuff." Jaune states as he un-mounts his neutrona wand and holds it tightly. "Hope it still works."

"It should." Ren replied. "The power cells have ahalf life of 5,000 years."

"Then there's no time for a bench test." Neptune states as him and Ren got out their neutrona wands. "Heat 'em up."

One by one, the three turned on their proton packs and neutrona wands, hearing that familiar hum they haven't heard in 5 years. Then, they looked out to the area with all the audience seats and wait.

Just then, the chairs start getting sent flying left and right. One by one, the ghosts appeared to get closer to the three men. Once the ghosts emerged, they began firing as the ghosts snarled and roared.

In the chaos of shooting, a large ceiling lamp had fallen and broken and when The Scoleri Brothers went through a wall, Jaune, Ren, and Neptune stopped firing and aune was continuing with his screaming unti he stopped.

The three then started chuckling a little. However, out of one wall emerged Nunzio Scoleri, the chubbier of the two Scoleri Brother specteres. Seeing this, Jaune began shooting and followed Nunzio out to the main area and Oscar ran back behind the wall to hide..

"You got him, Jaune!" Ren called out. "Hold him steady!"

"Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo, come on, big boy!!! I'm gonna take you home to my private zoo!!" Jaune taunts

The stream then wrapepd around Nunzio as he began thrashing around.

"You got him!!! You got him!!!!" Neptune cheered. "Ren, bring the trap!"

"Okay, okay!!" Ren replied, grabbing a trap and then noticing Tony Scoleri come out of a wall behind Neptune. "Behind you, Neptune!!!!"

Tony flew by and Neptune began shooting, causing Ren to duck down. Eventually, the stream Neptune was shooting wrapped right around Tony as he began thrashing around as well.

"Hold him, Neptune!!!" Ren ordered. "Jaune, start bringing him back!!"

Jaune began backing up, keeping his stream on Nunzio as he taunts, "Come on, you big meanie!! Let's go!! Yah, chubby!! Yah!!"

Jaune then got Nunzio into the intended area.

"Neptune, keep pulling him to the right!!!" Ren ordered, Neptune doing so. "Okay, the trap's going in!!!"

Ren then threw out the trap which landed right under the two ghosts.

"Go, go, go, Ren!!" Neptune shouts

"Hold it, Neptune!!!!" Ren stated

"Hit it!!" Neptune ordered

Ren stomped on the trap's trigger pedal, making it spring open and instantly into trap mode as all three looked away after ceasing fire. The two ghosts were instantly sucked into the trap and it slamemd shut, beeping a little.

The three all walked over with smiles on their faces.

"Two in the box!!" Neptune exclaimed

"Ready to go." Ren added

"We be fast and..." Jaune starts

"They be slow!!" All three finished at the same time
