Ten : Family Dinner

Cali's POV

After me and my parents had a little talk about whats happening they left me by the pool and go upstairs. The moment they came back downstairs they are wearing formal outfits na. They said they planned to go on a double date with tito bong and tita liza.

Medjo pagkaalis naman nila mom. Bumaba si viviane with her swimsuit on. We had a small conversation but that stopped when Luna came downstairs to go and swim din.

Been like 30 minutes since nagsimula silang maglangoy. Both of them are enjoying their own companys. But ofcourse there are times na naguusap sila. Well, after all kami naman ni Luna ang may problema kaya its fine for them to talk to each other. I dont mind din naman. My sister dont need to choose sides after all.

"Ate come join us naman" makaawa ni viviane. Actually kanina pa niya ako inaaya. And its starting to annoy me.

"Maybe another time Vi" sabi ko naman habang nakatingala sa langit trying to control myself from being mad because of her annoyance.

She shrugged "Ate naman! You always say that eh." angal niya. "Pleasee....." she said dragging the letter e at the end.

"pleaseee....." and again.

"pleaseeee..." and another one.

"pleaseee..." one more time.

"pleaseee....." there it goes she is now pouting trying to make me feel awa in her.

Tinakluban ko naman ang mukha ko. "Uhhhhhh! Finee"

"Yaayyyy!" Pinagdiwang niya ng parang bumalik siya sa pagkabata. Tumalon talon at hinampas hampas niya ang tubig ng pool. While yung isa naming kapatid nasa isang gilid lang ng pool at iniingatan na hindi mabasa ang cellphone niya.

I ignored her and went straight to my room to find something to wear. After scrolling and scrolling through my whole closet for swimsuits. I found a two-piece that has a snake skin design. Dont worry its not a really snake skin its just cotton lang talaga.

I then tied my hair up because ayaw kong mabasa ito. Ngunit alam ko naman na it is impossible na hindi mababasa ito dahil sa ligalig ni viviane noh.

I was only walking down the stairs but i can hear viviane already "OMG! I said we are going to just swim!" She yeld. "Hindi ko sinabi na may swimsuit fashion show na magaganap ate" Pasarkastiko pa nitong sabi at iniirap and kanyang mga mata ng pabiro.

Luna on the other hand was just sending me glances. Like girl, we are not having a show off right now. I mean chill? She even looks at me head to toes while im making my way near the pool. And i dont think may problema sa suot ko. I put my phone down sa upuan na medjo malayo sa pool kase baka mabasa. Then nilublob ko na ang katawan ko sa pool.

We just chill and mind our own bussiness as usual. Nothing new. I remembered when we were little. Me and my sisters will always try to convince mom or dad to let us swim after school. But they always says no. Pero them being busy persons that they are. Kay Mama Juliet our dad's mother nalang kame lagi nagpapaalam since she was always with us noon. We will be going out of the closet with literally the same swimsuits. We always have the same clothes back then. Mama always wants us to see matchy matchy and stuff.

I saw luna staring at me. "Your staring at me"  i simply said not even making eye contact after. But the brat sister that she is she just rolled her eyes on me and starts looking at her phone na ulit. And acting like i didnt say anything. Alam niyo kung hindi lang talaga ko marunong magtimpi matagal ko ng nasupalpal tong kapatid ko na toh. And as the responsible older sister i was good enough to have care for her padin.
